Quality Hotel Conference Center Cincinnati Blue Ash

First of all, the swimming pool was closed the entire visit. We tried going swimming multiple times and it was locked with a chain and lock around the four gates. There were signs that said only 15 people were allowed in forever it was always locked. We were given pool passes but never able to swim. I asked for a refund and was denied because the purpose of staying at this hotel was to have a fall break getaway with our kids and included swimming. They said the pool was closed for cleaning due to Covid. There was a couple on our floor screaming and beating each other. The man yelled “Help” down the hall. Later on the woman was at the front desk discussing how her husband wasn’t feeling well after their fight. That kind of stuff shouldn’t be allowed here. The room smelled like smoke. The sofa bed didn’t have sheets or pillows. There were only two towels and one roll of toilet paper for a three day stay. We requested more blankets at 8pm of our first night and were told that they were locked up by housekeeping and the front desk didn’t have access to them. When I asked about the pool the answers changed everyday as to the reason why it was closed. Breakfast included danishes and biscuits with coffee or OJ. We come here every year but we won’t be back. Very disappointed in the care and facilities.

Customer service was excellent.

Enjoyed my stay. Front desk was nice & welcoming. Property was near a lot of food places and grocery stores. Also right by a highway. Room was clean. The shower was 10/10. Also got to take a swim and the pool was really clean. Would stay here again.

This really is a cool hotel.... nice pool area and bar. Friendly stafr. I stayed here about 2 years ago for a high school crew outing. Then recently for business in the area. I had forgot about the dingy trickle of a shower and quickly remembered again when i opened the bathroom door.

Room was stuffy because A/C wasn't plugged in and at first we couldn't find where to plug it in. Pull out bed had no blankets or pillows. Room keys routinely did not work. I was told to call from phone by elevator if room key didnt work ( again) so I wouldn't have to go all the way to the front desk ( again), but when I did no one answered the front desk phone. It was very off putting. Other than these room was nice. We liked the indoor pool very much though no one was enforcing the 15 person limit for COVID social distancing, or wearing of masks throughout the hotel.

Decent hotel for the price. Fairly close to dining, shopping. The entrance was nicely kept. Staff very friendly. Hotel was a little bit on the "tired" side. The room was clean and comfortable, but there were small signs of distress, such as the pool area needed some light maintenance attention, and the hallway base boards, staircase could use some freshening up. Overall a decent place, clean. Staff very friendly. I would stay here again.

The Hotel was a pleasant surprise. It was clean and comfortable. The price was great. Some things could have been better, such as the pool, which wasn't as clean as it should be. The free breakfast goes quickly, I would suggest getting an early start. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and the beds were excellent, I slept very well.

Had a nice overnight stay...love the pool area ...missed the breakfast
