Comfort Suites Myrtle Beach Central

We grabbed a to-go breakfast bag. It contained a pastry, granola bar, bottle of water and a bag of instant grits. Not sure how a bag of instant grits can be considered "to-go". Might want to reconsider that item in the bag. Good stay, otherwise!

The hotel look to be doing some upgrades but was not mention win booked. There was no Continental breakfast. The room was very dirty and had a wet smell.

Everyone was fine except our breakfast was delivered to our room per covid policy however, there was no utensils to eat the oatmeal delivered or suppkiefin the room. We understand the safety policy but efficiency of new procedures should be expected.

My entire floor smelled like pot. It was so strong I could smell it halfway into my room which is less than acceptable with children staying there. I informed management and was told they would look into it and the smell got worse. I will not be staying there again.

It was okay, the room smelled like someone had sprayed to much perfume and didn’t really do any cleaning. They even spayed the pillow with the perfume

Rooms had a smell. Didn’t get room I had reservations for because front desk clerk said some rooms were not clean. Cops stayed at hotel more than we did.

the front desk people were marvelous, the owners or managers were not helpful, i had to tell the manager in a firm voice to have my room cleaned ,they just look at me and said it was so i went and got all the dirty towels and piled out the door. then they came and cleaned. and i had a herd of buffalo's above my room for two days. management did nothing about it

Water pressure with the shower sucked, but overall room was exceptable

While checking in to this hotel the front desk clerk was extremely nasty and short, we checked into our room and went down and asked for extra blankets and towels she said we don’t have any there is none available and nothing I can do about it. Then the air conditioner stopped working halfway through the night with no repairs. They also charge me double for the rooms and locked my credit card up for Double the amount and I tried to call corporate and was on hold for 45 minutes with no luck. Terrible establishment would never stay again

This place was very disappointing for me. I’m not the one to complain. But I was very upset at the fact that housekeeping entered my room and didn’t clean anything. We had to go downstairs for toilet paper. Room smelled. Shower curtain smelled like cigarettes. There was stains all over the floor. It was just not a great experience highly upsetting. Never again!
