OYO Hotel St. Louis Downtown City Center MO

The best part of this hotel was the pool and the fitness room. The hotel rooms had no microwave or coffee maker, you had to pay for coffee in the lobby,the vending machine ate our money, there was no remote control, have the potential to be an amazing hotel needs a lot of TLC. For $100 a night we expected better. The staff was helpful and super friendly though. The front desk staff even paid out of pocket for a soda after the vending machine ate our money.

Due to covid the shower area was not as clean as it could saw soap scum.

Picked this hotel because it was within walking distance to the Enterprise center. After reading the reviews I was a little leary but everything from check in to check out was perfect.

I was a little nervous because of the great rate, but upon arrival I couldn’t believe it Hotel is very nice and great location. Will definitely stay again

The pictures on hotels.com is different from what u see in person the microwave was broke the hallway rugs was nasty the room was nasty it was hair in the shower in the sink where u wash ur face on the sheets the comforter was so nasty and stained the drapes in the room was stained and nasty the the carpet through out the room was so nasty the couch was nasty stained out the chair in the living room part was nasty it had food and pop tops behind it over all me and my kid’s was scared of the room I had to disinfect the room I will never go back to stay there

Checking was not very friendly, rooms were spacious sheets and towels clean but remotes on TV didn't work carpet was stained everywhere chewing tobaco was left in the room and no trash can nether in tje room nor in bathroom. Parking was paid parking behind the building. Onky tje security guard was very polite and attentive. And the wonderful lady at checkout.

Heat

Hotel is nice and very comfortable. I booked the cheap room and still got a suite with a separate bedroom, 2 tv’s and a pull out sofa. The only downside was there was no coffee available anywhere at the hotel. A Saturday morning and the coffee shop was closed.

This hotel is NOT in a good area, the room smelled like it was smoked in for a decade and they are still trying to get the smell out. The air conditioner did not work. Parking was outrageous at $25 per night! Room was spacious though.

The hotel was shabby looking. The carpets were torn, the walls had stains. Our room had a light that wouldn’t turn off with a switch. The couch in the room was dusty and dirty. One great thing we didn’t find any bed bugs. And the sheets were clean.
