Temperature control did not work. Needed to turn it on and off manually. Air conditioning devise made loud noise could not sleep with air on.

3 nights, super clean and comfy. Very nice front office staff.

Convenient location near the airport. There was no way to control the AC - the unit’s buttons were nonfunctional so I had to switch off the breaker in order to turn it off since it got so cold. Also, not very soundproof as you could hear everything in the hallways.

First room towel bars were loose and unstable. Toilet did not flush correctly. Moved me to another room. Towel bars were loose and unstable. The room itself smelled terrible. Smelled like an old man had been smoking in there for years! Stale and musty!!

Hotel rooms very very clean & nice, came with stove & utensils if need to use any & staff very helpful. Definitely a must visit again

I like the closeness to SNA airport. The neighborhood is quiet. Staff is very helpful

I paid for an upgraded room, and it was not given to me. Also I came in late and had the joy of waiting in the foyer for about 15 minutes while beating on all doors and windows and calling the front desk to get someone to check me in... Then I got to see that the room I paid for was not provided, the room was dirty, lights did not work, the shower rack was falling off the wall and things were generally broken. Find some place else to stay.
