Extended Stay America Seattle - Bothell - West

This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Below is what happened. - when we checked in the front desk guy wasn’t friendly, at all, he was sloppy. - he gave us our first key card and when we entered the room it was occupied! There were luggage out and medicine bottles on the counter and a box of flowers! Thank goodness nobody was actually in the room at the time. - informed from desk and he didn’t give any reason and gave us another key card for the 3rd floor this time. Went up to our room and walked in to a mess. Nobody had clean the room yet, the bed was unmade and there was a 20$ bill on the table waiting service! - back to front desk and he said “you’d think with 6 people working they’d get it right”. Gave us a 3rd card key for first floor. This room was not occupied but it wasn’t very clean, there were store hangers on the floor and just overall uneasy feeling. When I checked out the next day the girl at the counter checked the room # and I asked her to verify my name because of the issues I had last night. She verified it was the accurate name but said “in order to check you out you have to pay”. I paid on hotel.com the prior evening! Hotel.com said it was paid and all taken care of. She said well I have to charge the incidentals card to check you out and it wasn’t even MY card she had on file! She didn’t listen to me and charged it anyway and didn’t care what I said. I have email and call out to customer relations.

The staff was excellent, and the building is well cared for. If you're not providing breakfast, you need to state that before you sell the room. Don't sell a room that includes breakfast & then tell people after they check in that there's no breakfast. I reserved through Expedia, and this was not communicated accurately.

It was clean but dated property. Staff was very friendly.

The person that checked us barely spoke to us, it felt like we were interrupting him by checking in. There was nothing telling us how the hotel was keeping things clean during our stay. The room was ok, however the shower curtain had hair on it and the shower didnt look like it had been cleaned in ages. Overall it was just kind of gross. We actually thought when we booked the hotel that it was someplace else, and I thought for $62 per night we were just getting a deal because people wernt traveling. It was probably an ok room for $62 but I would never stay there again. It's too bad, great location and looks noce from the outside but stained/burnt counters, flat pillows cheap towels and it just didnt feel clean.

Good staff good location breakfast was not available due to covid 19 but was not a big deal.

First impression was just a beautiful landscape. Great security doors. And a very inviting Lobby. Check in was quick. My room was very clean top to bottom. And the kitchen was perfect. I highly recommend this Hotel. I booked this because I needed a kitchen. Because eating out can be costly. All my needs and expectations was fully satisfied.

Appeared worn and not very clean. no breakfast. will not stay again.

We appreciate hotels that take pets. When we found a problem with our room (stains on bedspread) we were given a new room. The room was fairly clean; there were some spills and smears on one wall and the bathroom door. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet.
