Excellent location, clean, easy and comfortable. Nice touches like multiple country outlets on the desk. The hotel is a bit aged, but still in good shape and much better quality than comparable priced hotels in Moema

Very good and well located but the air conditioning in the room was not working properly.

Everything was good upon arrival, staff was receptive and nice and lunch at the restaurant. Breakfast buffet was ok and room service was not good. We ordered soup and the side of bread was old and cold. Second time we ordered soup, we asked if they could toasted the bread, they didn’t

Amazing, as always in every Estanplaza hotel. I arrived on Easter Day and there were chocolates and a handwritten letter wishing me a nice Holiday :)

I stayed at this hotel last year and it was good for me. This trip was not so good for 2 reasons. The room they gave me was not cleaned well. The floor was dirty. I mean there was actual dirt on the floor. It needed to be swept and mopped. The worst part was all of the fingernails on the floor right near the work desk. They missed all of that and it was not acceptable. I called the front desk to have them send someone to clean the floor properly. I arrived very early for check-in. Naturally I had to wait for a room to be prepared. I waited 2.5 - 3 hours to check in. Although I was able to check in earlier than the normal time, I would not mind waiting another 15 minutes so they can sweep and mop the floor BEFORE I enter the room. I was disappointed. Especially after waiting for such a long time for the room. The second issue was minor, but needs to be mentioned. Breakfast is included with my 7 night stay. I only had breakfast 2 or 3 times. One of the days, I took a cup of coffee back to my room. When I checked out, they said I had 6 coffees. I told the guy, my room includes breakfast. I took some coffee back to my room. The coffee is included anyway. I did not have 6 cups of coffee after the breakfast time. They removed it immediately and I checked out. I thought that was ridiculous for them to add that to my room. I paid a lot of money for a 7 night trip. No need to try to take more money from the guests.

It‘s very noisy - traffic and aircraft take-off from near Congonhas airport makes is hard to have a restful night. Install sound proof windows. They do nothing to improve. They don‘t care.

Manutencao um pouco a desejar(abajur queimado,box vasa água) As toalhas de banho nao condizem com o qualidade das roupas de cama, elas tem um textura muita seca) Mas o custo / benefício é muito bom

O anúncio mostrou um hotel com piscina, sauna, café da manhã maravilho e a realidade foi bem diferente. As áreas de piscina e sauna estavam fechadas, informaram que era em razão da pandemia, porem isso tinha que ficar claro no anuncio, fiz uma reserva num hotel que me dava direito a isso. Além disso o café da manhã não chegou nem perto das fotos. Foi o pior e mais escasso café da manhã que eu já tive em um hotel ou pousada. Até a pousada mais barata que já fiquei na minha vida, tinha um café da manhã melhor que o do hotel. Decepcionante para um hotel de 3.5 estrelas. Eu me senti lesada. Sai insatisfeita.

Simplesmente amei! Conforto e ótimo atendimento.
