Holiday Inn Express Dandridge

Great location just off I-81 with restaurants and gas close by. Checkin was a breeze with masks, social distancing and sanitized pens. There was even social distancing cues in the elevator. I would classify our room as EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN. The bed comforter, sheets, flooring, bathroom, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and counters were spotless. Believe me, I looked closely at everything. This was our first hotel stay since the pandemic started and we felt completely safe.

Stayed here while shopping and seeing Country tonight show, all in pigeon forge. Just a short drive to pigeon Forge,and avoided all the traffic. Loved the location,easy access for places to eat. Enjoyed the town of Dandridge and drove to Jefferson City. Nice rooms,beds were so comfortable,slept wonderful. Would definitely use Holiday inn express again. Spent Dec27-30.

The cleanliness in this hotel was unacceptable. Stains on the comforter. Towels were shoved in the bathroom partially folded. With the provided toiletries there was a half used bottle of the lotion they provided. The shower was dirty.

the worst night in a hotel in my life. room was clean. heater didn't work and the hotel was filled with screaming 7 to 12 year old kids for a football contest. front desk should of at least warned me about that fact. kids running up in down the halls screaming and knocking on doors. parents outside drinking and partying while kids did as they pleased. called front desk twice about it. even after midnight. was a horrible experience. I blamed the hotel because they didn't even warn us the hotel was overrun with unsupervised heathen's. this is not how a Holiday Inn is run. my father owned 2 holiday inns. and he would turn over in his grave if he could see how it is at this location.

The desk clerk seemed annoyed that I was there. The carpet in the room was very dirty. Overall, pretty dirty.

I like the location. I don’t like the new breakfast situation. It feels like you are made to feel guilty to eat by monitoring how much you eat and asking your room number each morning when you get something. We told the staff when we checked in we would be eating. The food was good. We liked the sausage biscuits individually wrapped over the tiny measured containers of eggs, biscuit, and links. Also room 315 needs some drain unclogging kinds of gross when tub fills up with your shower water.

The customer service was friendly at check-in and the young man working in the evening went out of his way to offer us pool towels. The added Dollar Tree decor was not appropriate for the brand but all in all the hotel seemed clean and well maintained. We would stay again if in the area.

Was suppose to have king size bed, got 2 queen, said reservation came through as a stand room. Ceiling was falling apart , carpet was nasty and smelly!!!!! Talking and laughing at 2am and slamming doors. Hvac guy on phone loud at 630 am outside door!

Overall, our stay was nice. They did not have the King bedroom we originally reserved so they were nice enough to upgrade our room to a King bedroom suite. The bed was quite uncomfortable. It was a bit stiff. During our two night stay, the toilet would not flush once or twice. The first time I just gave it some time and then it eventually flushed. The second time I made the worse decision to lift the back of the toilet to pull the lever. The back of the toilet was shamefully disgusting. Breakfast was served from 6:30-7:30a. There were a few cereal options alongside some cinnamon rolls and juices. This wasn’t my favorite hotel experience. We chose this place because one of our friends brought her dog. Apparently the hotel is dog-friendly. All throughout the hallways, however, it smelled like dogs. It was just an all around tough place to stay. I’ve vacationed at better Holiday Inn Expresses.
