Best Western Naples Plaza Hotel

Hotel was great, clean and perfect

For the price it’s not bad. The bed was hard, and it had a revamp motel feel/ studio apartment. Had a slight smell in the hallway. I could pick at every little thing but for a night stay it was ok. The only thing that bothered me was the bathroom. I had about a quarter of a roll of toilet paper left. I feel with Covid everything should be new.

Clean, quite and nice

We were extremely satisfied from the moment we arrived. The front desk staff was always welcoming, professional and courteous. We felt that all questions and concerns were answered and the all staff members including housekeeping and the service staff in the breakfast area were doing everything possible to make us feel welcome. We highly recommend this hotel and will consider it our first choice whenever we make it back to Naples.

Wrongful checkin process.... switched rates between rooms.

Everything clean, good service and excellent breakfast.

It was fantastic, did have only one problem and that was with the trash can pickup. I did what the hotel had said and left the full can outside my door. That night and the rest of my stay I was short a trash can, I never got the can back, so not to lose another one I took the trash out myself after I purchased garbage bags at the store.

What I like the most is the fact that everyone had to wear gloves and mask in the dining area.
