Best Western Pony Soldier Inn & Suites

Overall decent. Charged me forvwringvroom then charged for right room keeping a hold on my credit card for days, versus just charging diffeeence. Room was decent. Very clean. The decor could use a good update. Housekeeping staff wss very friendly.

I have stayed at this location many of times. This trip was the worst. They allow dogs and placed us next door to at least two dogs maybe three that barked for over three hours. I kept waiting to see if the dogs would shut up toward the evening. Nope, and when we finally decided to leave at 9:30pm. The front desk clerk just said” oh, sorry to hear that.” I understand they can not stop dogs, but they could have offered a solution or even a discount on the room since we were not going to get sleep. Lesson learned!

Great place to stay. Front desk stsff eas friendly and professional, room clean and updated, beds and pillows comfortable. Kids loved the heated pool jaccuzzi and breakfast had pretty good food. Muffins, fruit, egg omletts, sausage, etc. Location also pretty convenient. Restaurants and stores nearby.

Not the fault of the hotel, but the train 4 times per hour was very annoying. Combine that with a bed that was not comfortable and you have a terrible sleeping experience. We have stayed at other Best Western locations, and this was not typical of the experience we are accustomed to.

I know it's older, but, things could be upgraded

Very old hotel. Having pet should’t mean to give guest the worse, and ugly rooms. Sketchy, and dark back parking Wouldn’t stay there again. Breakfast was good.

very nice hotel for the area - the hotels on this side of town are near the train tracks so some of the cheaper ones are VERY LOUD, but this one is better built and very clean inside - be sure to request a QUIET room AWAY FROM the train tracks

The room was large, very comfortable and clean. Didn't care for the bathroom set up with a sliding frosted glass door between bedroom and bathroom. Good value for the money but it's next to railroad tracks and was very noisy.

Clean rooms great service! Actually gave 4 pillows!!

Very dark section of parking lot (no lighting) for dog walking, potty. Only one container of coffee at breakfast wasn’t enough for guests. A decaf coffee available in lobby would have been nice. We enjoyed our stay otherwise!
