Homeless man somehow was able to open room door and tried entering. Luckily door was latched. Called office said they would send manager right over. Manager never showed. Homeless guy still outside of door. Questioned man if he was guest: he said yes as he later started looking through garbage can. Looks like he had a room key in his hand. Manager never came. Homeless man made his way into elevator and went upstairs. Manager still no show........ provided no soap for shower. Shower curtain is not a good choice because it allows water to accumulate over the bathroom floor creating a puddle. Had to use towels to soak up all the water.... Had 2 hour extended check out which was included in my type of reservation and was arranged by front desk and which was allowed and one of the reasons hotel was chosen. I Had surgery nearby and so I needed room for some sufficient rest. Maids come knocking at 11:00am-12:00pm trying to clean room, reminding us of checkout time and what time we are leaving .....We ended up packing our things and leaving.

The room we first was provided was facing a major street with a lot of noise, however the management kindly changed our room which was appreciated. Then in the new room we has issues with the toilet being clogged which the management was unable to fix until the next day when the caretakers came to the place. All together the place is not so bad. One comment, the pillows are very hard like a stone, would be nice to provide softer pillows for comfort.

The room was small but worse than that the people next door were smoking weed all weekend and the smell filtered into our room through the adjoining door. To make things worse they has the TV on all night at high volume and we didn't sleep well

Location was great and only about 15min drive from LAX. Room was clean and staff was friendly. They only negative i have to say is, there were people hanging out in a car smoking. One of them was walking around. I went to the store and came back and they were still in the parking lot which made me feel unsafe

Overall, our stay was fine. The hotel did their best to make us comfortable in spite of some noisy room neighbors. It was convenient to our business partners.

Location brought sketchy foot traffic and guests. Bathroom door looked warped from a flood.
