Best Western Plus Executive Residency Nashville

The hotel was nice and new. The neighborhood was a little rough but they said at the front desk there was security monitoring the parking lot and our car was still there in the morning. Check in was disconcerting since the girl at the counter had trouble finding my reservation and kept asking for more money. The ice machine was not plugged in on our floor. Highway noise can be heard all night. Overall, we did have a good nights sleep.

About the room and comfort, I’ll give it 5 stars however the front service are not too keen on guest request. I asked them multiple times different people to fix the smoke alarm coz it keeps us waking midnight and wee hours of early morning, until I left they didn’t chance it.

This hotel is beautiful and very clean. No issues checking in. Checking out it was a wait. Several people checking out, phone ringing and only one person working. He did his best but could have used some help. Would definitely stay here again.

No real customer service. We weren’t greeted at check in. Very drab. Kids screaming and running through the halls from an event being held there. Checked out at 6 am to catch a flight, went up to the desk and the clerk didn’t greet us. Didn’t even acknowledge we were standing in front of him, After some Time he said the he was “running night logs”. I hope our deposit goes back automatically because we couldn’t wait for him to finish or we would have been late for our flight. New hotel, big spacious rooms. But some weird things. The shower door opens into the shower and you have to reach in to turn it on and the cold water sprays you in the face!! Spot lights in the parking lot shine directly into the windows. Breakfast was only danishes

Hotel was newly renovated. Bed was comfortable. Coffee maker didn’t work and there was no replacement. We got locked out of our room. The inside door lock engaged by itself. Staff was prompt in coming to the room to get it unlocked. No restaurants in walking distance.

I never had a WiFi connect to do my work and ask for assistance with the issue the entire stay to no avail

The room and hotel its self was nice. Better than we expected. Had a not so good experience with a male front desk worker. The man who checked us in was super helpful and nice. The man who took over for him was rude. Wasnt wearing his mask. Stayed on his phone most of the night. The lady who checked us out was super nice. Other than the rude service one night everything was pretty good.

Room was great untill you tried to shower, use your keys, or tried to get bathroom products like toiletpsoer or towles. The afternoon/evening guy is horrible. Snacged the luggage cart and psds rite out of my habmnds when i git about half to my car. Not only was i a lityle scared of him and so are my boys but i was also kinda shoked he bothered to look up from his phone and thst his fingures did something ither than messages smh hojse keeping does read or speak english so after the forst three daus i gave up and bouggt everything we sould need from them. The worse part of all of it is the no wifi :( :( :(

Great service and a newly remodeled hotel. Our room was clean and spacious!!

Nice clean with a great staff the area was nice and not to far from downtown.
