Extended Stay America - White Plains - Elmsford

It was just one night with my grandson. The only thing that was a bit uncomfortable was the parking, it was underground and a bit scary since I’m a woman and was just my grandson and I. I would advise also to run in through the front first, and check in, so once you have the room key, you are able to enter from the parking area, otherwise you are walking a long walk with your bags to the front of hotel entrance. Everything else was good, room clean, comfortable, very pleasant staff at check it. It looks like people actually reside there, (saw a few people hanging outside the entrance that made me uncomfortable) was expecting noise.. but was very quiet. I had a view of the garage ( which was ok, since I was a bit worried about my car). All went well.. my worries were misplaced. I would definitely stay here again! As was comfortable, and also close to plenty of places to eat.

It was good. Front desk service was wonderful.

The room was good but some lights did not work. TV remote range was bad.

It looked old and my shower was super dirty :( but other than that it was ok.

Place was great, very clean, enough parking, really recommended

This place is wonderful - the staff are friendly and rooms are clean, they are very safe about the current pandemic. Will, the general manager, is a very good guy.

Smell of smoke and marijuana on the flooras soon as you get off the elevator. I asked for a refund and was denie. The room had a nasty smell to it. No manager on the property. I was totally dissatisfied.

The Staff was just ok, not very friendly. The hallway going up to the room smelled like fish that someone was cooking in their room. The room it self was very clean though the sheets looked old and had been washed a million times, and the refigerator kept making alot of noise so I had to unplug it in the middle of the night. The next morning one of the staff knocked on my door at 9:00 to clean the room even though checkout wasn't till 11:00
