Extended Stay America - Boston - Westborough - Connector Road

Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean, efficient and quiet. I particularly liked that there was no carpeting since I informed them, I was bringing a dog. My 10 yr. old Shih Tzu is very good about using a pee pad, but when there is carpeting and another dog has peed on the caret it is hard for her not too. There was a full fridge and 2 burners cook top, but you had to get the pots, pans and dishes from the front desk. I guess they have their reason for that. There was no coffee maker in the room. The TV didn’t work, but the clerk came up immediately to fix it, he offered us a discount when he couldn’t fix it. Quick walk to Owen O’Leary’s for yummy dinner. Convenient location to Rte. 9 & 495. I would consider there again for the price

Service was terrible , front desk was the worst I’ve ever been through, room was okay, didn’t accomadate my needs at all

I didn’t even stay here. They said they would give me a refund because the room was horrendous and disgusting.

When we checked in and got our keys, the keys did not work to the door. After replacing them we opened the room to find it dirty and untouched. The man at the front desk was accommodating and gave us a new room. The room was nice and clean, except for the grime around the tub. The beds were sleep able, but very soft and flimsy. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Overbooked money is not refunded yet. Poor service

The whole place smelled like cigarettes. Stayed for two weeks and didn’t expect regular maid service. They came once and exchanged a couple towels. Didn’t change the sheets or even make the bed

Paint peeling from ceiling in bathroom. Cleanliness was minimal. As in floors had dirt in corners, shower was dirty, they never fixed the shower during my stay. I hope they fix it before they rent that room out.

It was quiet and the staff were very helpful and i didn't like how the ac was broken in the and was shutting on and off

It was neat and clean and had a great kitchen set up for fixing a light meal. It also had a nice set up, desk and chair, for doing work at a laptop. Unfortunately there didn't appear to be a port where I could plug in my cell phone to recharge it. The desk clerk was cheerful, friendly and helpful when I checked in and the clerk on duty the following morning was the same. The price was right and I was entirely satisfied with my stay there.

Thought the property was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and very polite. No problem checking in or out.
