Front manager was rude bo hospitality at all

The part of Arizona we live in doesn't require masks so we didn't take any with us. Hotel requires masks but yet doesn't have any to offer to their guests. They got very rude when we didn't have ours. We didn't stay in any of the open areas only entered and exited our room so as not to bother any of the other patrons. There weren't enough towels in the room for two people so I had to request extras at the front desk. The bathtub had been redone and was already peeling and looks nasty. Corners of the room were dirty review. And it just wasn't a very pleasant stay we're actually planned on spending another night but after that night we decided to find another hotel and travel on to Williams and unfortunately found an even worse hotel.

I have stayed at Comfort Inn at other cities before and have been very clean, but this one at Glendale unfortunately the carpet was very dirty and the hall way smell like tobacco instead of having a clean smell.

Their was one individual night staff that worked the front desk that was just upset a rude at everybody and didn’t want to be here just wanted to be a rude person speaking back to paying customers like me made me feel like not coming back because of it.

Room smelled horrible, shower was a disaster, ripped shower curtain, tub peeling, painted tub???

Towels were covered in stains. Comforter had stains and the bathtub was peeling. Smelt like cigarettes. Called the front desk for new towels, no one answered. Finally got new towels the next day to find clumped up hair in one.

The room had mold. The water smelt like rooted eggs and the pool water was green.

Front desk and management were on point getting checked in quickly!

Hotel need some serious updating!!! The staff was extremely nice and professional. But elevator wasn’t working, Hotel smelt dirty and pool looked very unsanitary. our bedding was dirty and stained and pillows had yellow stains on them. Towels are old and looked dirty. Carpet was nasty.

Room key card had to be recoded 5 times on a 3 night stay, carpet not vacuumed upon arrival, every outside entry door has loud noise closing, water pressure in shower so low one has to put your head very close to rinse, tub and sink 10 minutes to drain. Reminisce of a Super 8.
