Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Orlando, FL

Not a very good hotel. Had lots of water stains on the carpet in the hallway. Room had that mildew smell, guessing from carpet. Just stayed one night but not good for family stay.

The bathtub had hair all inside of it, apparently it had not been cleaned. I told front desk that night and the manager the next morning. I was not offered another room.

Key wouldn’t work anytime we left, had to get it replaced. Toilet was broken with water running all night then said they fixed it and immediately overflowed.. didn’t get our room cleaned for 3 days no clean towels, had to go to front desk to ask for towels. Carpet on floor all throughout room was soaking wet with big stains on carpet

Room was recently renovated it seem it was clean but the rest of the property was in very poor condition and the staff was not very friendly.

We tried 4 different rooms. First room was dirty and had towels on the bed. We think someone was still staying there. Second room STRONG smoke smell. Third room, our neighbors were LOUD and smoking pot, we had the pleasure of being behind them in the hallway. Final room, air conditioner didn’t work. The front desk manager was incredibly understanding and helpful. She assured us a full refund. Very sad considering we stayed here in March with zero issues.

HORRIBLE STAY! I’ve stayed at the hotel in the past and it’s has gone downhill over the past years. From the staff to the communication to the rooms. Mold in the bathroom, broken fridge, no ac and no HOT WATER. I will never return

Size of the room and beds are comfortable. The hotel is very poor, dirty smelly carpets. Over room cleanliness is very poor.

Took my daughter down for a few days to go to Universal studios. Location was great. My problem was the resort fee that I was charged. There was No free breakfast served, the free shuttle to the parks wasn't running and there was no maid service. After 2 days i ask for new towels and they were brought while we were out. I just want to know what I was paying for with my "resort fee".

The hotel never once cleaned our room or replaced towels.

The area for eating breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. It was filthy. Tree droppings all over the tables, chairs and the ground around the tables. Had to use a lot of paper napkins to clean up the place before we could set down and eat breakfast.
