Boarders Inn & Suites by Cobblestone Hotels - Wautoma

The staff was apologetic about limited services due to covid restrictions, but were helpful when we needed paper plates for pizza we brought back. I would definitely return to this establishment.

Was somewhat surprised that day room cleaning is not happening.

Hotel needs some TLC. Bed was comfortable but lots of little things took away from what should have been a good experience. Coffee maker provided in room but no cups or coffee were provided. Fridge not plugged in had to move around plugs in outlets to get it going. No Ice bucket in room. Furniture in front lobby seating area has several holes and looks tattered. Fireplace in Lobby not working. Felt the price was high considering location.

The facility was clean, good location, easy check in and out the bed was very comfortable.

Large suite with stove, frig, microwave & sink. However, no dishes, silverware, glasses etc. Need to bring everything with you. Sheets & pillowcase was already on the pullout sofa bed. Asked for clean sheets and made the bed ourselves. A little dark in the living room area, could use a ceiling light. No elevator in the building, be prepared to carry everything up to the second floor. Still no breakfast provided even though the hotel listing says breakfast included. They still have sign posted from March stating that Governor Evers shut the breakfasts down. This is no longer true and they should be providing individually wrapped food, yogurt, juices, cereal etc. Address in hotels.com confirmation email took us to a location 7 miles away from the hotel.

Overall the place was clean, but wear is noticeable. Always quiet in the building, that's a plus after dealing with in-laws all day...LOL

not a very good stay to say the least. I checked in and noticed that whoever was working the desk that night must have had their rude child hanging out in the lobby, the things that were being said was inappropriate for a 10-12? year old boy to be saying, especially when that is where guests are greeted. notifications of masks were up and mandatory according to their policy upon entry, but did not see one person ware one, even the boy in lobby was without. once in my room I noticed long hairs just about everywhere, on my bed, in the shower and on the toilet, nightstand, and in the jetted tub, the tub even had water still standing in it, like it was never cleaned. I finally decided to rest my head and when I laid down and covered up with the blankets they wreaked of vomit. I immediately went up to the desk to complain to where they just handed me another blanket. The next day when checked out in the morning I noticed the breakfast area was blocked off and they were not serving breakfast, I understand with all the precautions taken with Covid that most do not offer a buffet style breakfast. However, was disappointed that they had nothing to substitute this. usually every hotel I have stayed at (travel quite frequently for work) offered some kind of breakfast bag or something. there was nothing offered here, as much as I payed for a filthy room I would have expected to receive something. would not recommend and will not stay there ever again.

Everything was great !!! The room the pool the hot tub!!! The service!!

Very clean and comfortable. Beds are great. Would recommend this hotel for comfort, quiet, and cleanliness

The room was as described and clean. Unfortunately, the walls are paper thin and our neighbors decided they sleep better with the tv on. all. night. long. Also the breakfast area was closed due to Covid but that was not mentioned on their website.
