The property is well kept my only issue was a man walking into my room. Good thing I had the latch on the door.

The carpet is badly stained, needed to be better vacuumed. The sheets and bedding we’re clean. There was an advertised free breakfast both online and in the lobby however there was no breakfast come morning. The sink had a slow drain problem.

Suprised at the camper trailer set up in the parking lot and people sitting outside.

Service was great like the area it was in, quiet enjoyed the stay. Would choose the same next time for over night stay.

We never even got checked in to stay at this place it was so terrible. Currently working with hotels.com to get a full refund but of course the hotel doesn’t seem to be cooperating. Arrived around 3 to Check-in, went to our room, and it either had not been cleaned or someone was still staying in. The second room keys they gave us we went to and it REEKED of cigarette smoke. I paid for non smoking. The THIRD room also reeked of cigarette smoke and so did the FOURTH room they tried to get us to stay in. On top of this the service was horrible and we had to wait 3 or 4 minutes to even speak to an employee each time we went back to the counter. We went not even half a mile down the road and stayed at a hotel for only $10 more and had an EXCELLENT experience.

The room was noticably dirty. There were a pair of headphones on the vanity when we got in the room. There was a used rag hanging on the shwer curtain rod. Towels that were dirty were folded up. Pillowcases were dirty. Cigarette burns in the coverlet. Beds were like sleeping on a piece of plywood. Says hot breakfast served but there was not. Just very disappointing.

We have stayed here to visit family or medical treatments at hospital quite a lot over the last 16 years since we moved to Florida. The property rooms and grounds ar getting very run down. The pool was very green around the sides and had not been cleaned in some time. That was disappointing. There were some teens that swam in it and with the passing of virus pool should have been closed if not cleaned. Front desk personbwas behind plastic that you could not see thru. That was not comfortable should have been clear plastic of wanted to cover entire desk. Hope will be cleaned up b4 next visit as we like location and rates.

Smoke filled rooms unmade beds trash left in can. Mainly out of town contracters partying in rooms. We checked four rooms that smelled like smoke and body odor and were not cleaned well. No refund room took the loss and went to a clean hotel would not recommend this place at all!!!!

It was very easy to find, and to get to other locations, in the Birmingham area.
