The staff there are extremely nice and welcoming. Very good customer service! The rooms are clean. Very good stay for the money.

The stay was great. Owners are incredibly nice. The only downfall was no pool and the aquatic center Up the road has been closed down due to Covid-19 restrictions. They also do not have a washer and dryer but there is a laundry mat down the road. I would stay here again.

Reasonable rates, cancelation option up to date of stay. Friendly staff.

Every time I visit my son at college in Winfield I stay here. I always feel welcomed. The owners are great looking forward to seeing them again the May.

The property was close to down town in is this small community. The traffic on the adjoining street, Main Street, had some truck traffic which woke me up several times during the night. The air conditioner was very loud making all sorts of noises. The owner and his family were very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and contained a small refrigerator, a microwave, TV and recliner. If you sleep sound, than this is the place. If not like me, this is not the place.

People who ran the motel were wonderful! We went to spend Independence Day with friends and didn't know where to go eat dinner. Well, I called the front desk and it being the 4th of July a lot of places were closed so I called the front desk and asked if they knew what restaurants were open. At first he wasn't giving me a very accurate answer but he called 5 minutes later to give me the name of a restaurant, Shindig in town and I couldn't have been happier with the food! But what impressed me was that the motel staff went the extra mile to call them ahead of time to check and all the hours they would need open. They are terrific people there at the motel!

This hotel sadly was not an 8.6 as it was rated online. First, I will say the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We called ahead and arrived late. They were waiting and made check in quick and we very much appreciate that. The curtain on the front window didn't cover the window so we couldn't block out the light outside. Both tissue holders in the room were broken. We heard the train close by. The TV remote would not shut off the TV so we had to simply unplug it. I went to get ice and climbing up the stairs outside I saw roaches. Only 3 flat pillows for a King bed. Room was sparsely furnished and some rooms had their furniture sitting outside for some reason. The bathroom was the best part of the room with tall toilets, a great shower head with a hose and great water pressure and nice fluffy towels. Even the hand bar in the shower was very helpful. There was a big sink area with a big mirror and bright lights.
