Comfort Inn & Suites near Universal Orlando Resort

Beds were sagging and not comfortable , Pillows too high and square types. Gave neck pain. Carpet in hallways and room seemed old dirty and smelly.Breakfast area nice but needs more healthier choices of breads and fresh oatmeal would be nice.

The hotel is wonderfully convenient to Universal, City Walk, etc. However, there were ants (those tiny ones which get into ev-ry-thing) which seemed to live in the AC unti. They got into our clothing...not good. The king bed had a queen mattress pad which very uncomfortable. The bath tub / shower had some kind of leak. That could have been bad had it not been noticed. The water was on the floor in a way which was tough to spot and nearly caused a fall. We're not talking a few drops...the kind of water intrusion which when wiped comes right back until the water flow is shut off. The staff was very kind and the breakfast seemed OK, other than no ice at all...had to go up to the 2nd floor (does that make sense to not have ice where beverages are served?). The rooms seem somewhat updated, the halls not-so-much. The elevators are small and take a while. Decent exercise area. Our room was quiet, though. Just a very disappointing stay.

Lock on door had issues, hallway carpet needs replacing but all in all a nice experience as the staff was wonderful

Very clean hotel within perfect location of parks and local eateries. Hotel was basic but perfect for a quick clean and comfortable stay.

Nice location n price to Universal They need better coffee. Too watered down. Breakfast bar was good otherwise. If you take bus be orepared for over crowding on bus which is very dangerous. Be prepared to wait too .
