Ayres Suites Mission Viejo

Great place to stay. Friendly and very professional staff.

All good except food service. The cook/server was in a poor mood, complaining about spilled coffee dribble around urn and an empty cup on the counter. Muttered “people, people” under his breath but loud enough for me to hear. I thanked him for replacing empty coffee urn and got zero response. Very unfriendly, don’t think he likes his job at all.

Pictures online definitely didn’t exceed my expectations. The customer service was bare minimal. Saturday night I get back to my room not one parking stall open the front desk person asked me to park down the hill at 2 in the morning and that there was nothing he could do. Mind you Im a female alone. Online they say gold members get VIP treatment. There is no special treatment, Late check out is just as normal as any other hotel. The area around the hotel is beautiful beautiful city I will definitely visit the city again but I was second-guessing my choice in hotels when I come to this hotel.

This was my second stay at Ayres and I look forward to my next stay there. This visit, I arrived right in time to watch the fires cross the canyon, quite a sight! Breakfast was delish, particularly the kitchen near atrium. She worked hard making omelets and stacking my to go box with lots of meat and extras. The atrium is beautiful with fountains and lots of space to enjoy. I

Clean room. Comfy bed, good mattress w body pillows (long thick ones) only. Walls a bit thin, could hear neighbors. Good breakfast, hot/cold food, lots of variety. No cleaning during 3 night stay but understandable due to covid. Had hard time finding light switch upon entering room 1st time, closest one is next to bathroom sink -why not have one next to the front door?

I had requested a lake view, but apparently the best views are only available at the Hotel & Spa, not the Suites. However, they accommodated me and put me in a special room instead. Connor and Logan were great. Had a wonderful, clean, quiet, and relaxing stay. Will def be back for another mommy getaway soon.

Good stay, a bit out of the way but I like that.

dear friends: my wife and i enjoyed the stay at your place. It was a clean, comfortable, and safe environment. we also enjoyed the super kind attitude of Mr. Miguel in the breakfast room. he was helpful and always willing to help. we thought he should have an extra helper since he was overwhelmed running the whole cafeteria by himself.

Best Hotel ..... Friendly Staff; Free Breakfast; Free Wi-Fi; Great spacious rooms and Clean. We stay here every time we come to visit family!!

The bed was very uncomfortable. It was lumpy with a plastic liner over the mattress which made a lot of noise. We never complain about much, but the bed made for a rough evening after flying in from 1000 mikes away.
