Best Western Kom Hotel Stockholm

I had a very nice stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Very good breakfast.

Had a good stay at the Kom. It's very quirky though so prepared for a slightly different hotel experience. We checked in at one building but the hotel rooms we were staying in were in another building and the car park was down the hill a little and we had to use a key and open/close the car park ourselves, so comfort/convenience was a bit of an issue but despite the strange first impressions the hotel in general was very clean and comfortable. There's no problem here and I'd be happy to recommend it because it's very handy for facilities and attractions in several directions whether that's luxury shopping, old town or Palace district it's all walkable

Basic hotel good staff but tired rooms

Me and my fiancée were celebrating our anniversary in Stockholm. When I choose the hotel I requested the hotel to get a special view that the reason that we have been organise in the room 76 on the top of the building on the 7 floor. The view was just finally on the direction of the neighbourhood building :(. Unfortunately, the elevator get to be out of service during the weekend and it was apparently impossible for us to access to our room with it. We were in obligation to use the stair to go up and down of the 7 floor, we did not complain to the reception as we were thinking that someone will organise to fix it the Monday ... we didn’t see/hear the fix done as we kept contact with an other guest of the hotel who said to us after our check out that it was still not fix. Outside of this the room was ok without any specific special remark to add. Good breakfast and localisation into the city.

Amazing that it is connected to the YMCA (KFUM) gym and that hotel guests have access to that. A wonderful facility. Great that there is a pool table too. Good breakfast buffet: the selection could be a bit bigger but great that there were vegan and non-dairy options. The room was small but nice. Great water pressure in the shower. Very welcoming staff. Great job!

Very well managed hotel with nuce breakfast, coffee all day, comfortable room, wonderful location, and great price when we were there.

Very good location near central street, grocery shops, and subway. Very supportive staff. Excellent breakfasts with a variety of foods for everyone. Rooms are cleaned every day. You can get a fridge for free upon request. 24/7 hot tea/coffee in the lobby so you never get cold :)

Loved staying here! Beautiful furniture in the rooms. Free water dispenser which saved us $! Complimentary breakfast was OUTSTANDING!!! So many options!
