Hotel Les Hauts de Passy

Great spot for who needs to attend a meeting at OECD. Good breakfast (although the saloon is very small). Good room (although the bathroom seems exposed). Good service.

This was a great hotel; very nice location on a walking-friendly street with lots of markets and shops nearby. Great service and friendly staff. My only complaint would be that the wireless internet was quite slow and unreliable.

Clean, well-maintained & comfortable. Good value & location. Small rooms but this is to be expect. However, you are in a market district so it gets noisy very early in the morning (4 am) with delivery trucks and garbage trucks, etc.

I left around noon, putting the "please tidy the room" sign outside the door handle. When I return, the room has not been cleaned, with rubbish still in the room. the sign is put inside the room. So, the cleaning is by taking away my sign and slip it through the door.

Bed hard, room tiny but interesting location. Breakfast expensive but available at adjoining cafe's.

My room was cozy, a bit small but tidy. There weren’t many power outlets in the room, and one of the covers was loose. My room faced the street and was definitely not soundproofed as stated; I could hear people in the room above me, beside me, and on the street below me. The location of the hotel was in a great neighborhood. There were many restaurants and food stores as well as shopping nearby. The Eiffel Tower was about a 20 minute walk from the hotel.

Worst hotel in the entire Paris!!!! Tiny hotel with tiny rooms!!! There were flies all over the room and the bathroom door didn't work!!!!! The women at the front desk started screaming at me to leave breakfast because she saw I was looking at the ingredients of the food being that I have a strict diet.

Hotel not as described. There is no roof top terrace. The beds are not sleep number. The shower doors do not seal at the bottom so bathroom floor is covered with water. The woman at reception is very pleasant, but I can not say the same about the men at the reception desk. The man was unable to find my reservation and he was exasperated and short with me. Then when I was returning to hotel at night, the door was locked. The man at reception would not open the door for me, but when another guest arrived at door he promptly opened the door. I showed man my room key but he continued to question me about my name and room number. The other guest just walked in without any questions. Overall this hotel did not make me feel welcome. I selected this higher priced hotel for its location and amenities, but I was very disappointed. There are better and cheaper places to stay in Passy.
