Hotel pulito e ben curato, letto comodo e personale disponibile. L'interno è tranquillo nonostante si trovi vicino all'autostrada e ad una srada trafficata.

We were unable to stay here because of unforeseen circumstances. I called the hotel to ask for a partial refund or full refund 48 hours before our stay. They told me to message them which I did and they never responded. The way it was handled was very sad. I’m still awaiting a response from the property.

Perfect stay

That was the second time I have stayed there during my business trip. Again fantastic place, excellent service and lovely views from the balcony. Room service- top score. Food always delicious and hot. Reception guys always happy to help and make your stay enjoyable.

Meant to be stylish and extravagant, the property is poorly maintained. Particular inconvenience was poor a/c quality which made part of room very tough to be in.

Great place to stay when visiting the outskirts of Naples, Pool was great, and the appetizers in the bar were a nice touch. People friendly and service great! Overall a nice family experience.

This property was being used for the World University Games and should not have continued to take bookings from other guests not involved in the Games. Parking at the hotel was not allowed and involved a walk to a nearby facility with heavy bags. The pool was shut. The hotel is surrounded by police and a pass is needed to access the hotel. The pass was not available for 24 hours causing delays and questioning at entry. Also rooms were not available to access for an entire day as police dogs swept through the property. The restaurant had no menu but a fixed limited meal option and the breakfast was dreadful. Had we been advised that this was an official games hotel we would have booked elsewhere and Expedia should have advised us that was the case.

The hotel is great value for money and we especially liked the free secure parking. Although a little worn in places it was comfortable and clean. We also enjoyed a great breakfast with plenty of choice.

Very elegant. Lovely dining room. But we didn’t know that guests needed to request a temperature setting for the stay. It was hot all night.

Very antique Hotel and staff lovely, breakfast wide variety but staff a bit annoying like talking between themselves or stand too close to collect plates off table etc.... the bathroom was old and needed updating, shower hardly worked and mould around shower base.... I would stay again because of location
