NH Wien Belvedere

Hotel was nice and clean. The air conditioning wasn't keeping the room cool enough and opening the window would make the room too noisy. We arrived couple hours earlier than the check-in time. The room was not available even though it was after the checkout time. We waited in the lobby since it was raining. The hotel attendant did not even bother letting us know that the room was ready even though he saw us sitting there for a while and we got to know the room was ready only after asking a new attendant about our room.

The rooms are a bit dingy but clean. If you’re looking for excellent customer service and a hospitable front desk experience look elsewhere. Despite interacting with multiple front desk attendants the experience left us feeling less than cared for. As someone with previous experience in the hospitality and travel industries the interactions with the front desk fell short. If you’re looking for a great hotel with an incredibly kind and accommodating front desk visit the hotel up the street a block.

Very clean and comfortable bed!

The hotel is well located and close to many attractions. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. The breakfast is overpriced, but it’s overall a great place to stay.
