Hilton Philadelphia at Penn's Landing

The hotel has really gone down hill since we stayed there 2 years ago. Unsavory people wondering around, the elevators & hallways always smelled of pot, front desk not to friendly but who can blame them having to deal with the type of guests staying there.....will not stay there again!

Arrived at 7 20 pm and check in and then proceeded to the room. Our neighbors next door were loud and a drunk woman wondering around the floor being abnochised. Then went down stairs to ask about local dining regarding delivery and the woman at the front desk was eating he dinner in front of the hotel guests. Then at 11:05 the power went out and stayed out till we checkout at 8: 30. No hot water or lights because if the lack of power. When I asked the gentleman who is checking me out for any compensation for what I have been thru since I check in and he said I took 50.00 off your bill. He also said that was all he could offer me. Very disappointed !!!! I was in town for a medical procedure that morning at penn med.

We had an interesting experience. Hotel was clean, staff was incredible and beds were some of the most comfortable hotel beds Ive slept in. My complaint is that the walls were paper thin and we couldn't sleep. People would arrive back to the room at 10 and midnight talking loudly and it was as if they were in our room. I even heard a dog barking at night. And unfortunately for us the hotel lost power the entire time we were there so it was cold, no shower, no tv. In the end what we thought was going to be amazing turned out to be a waste of money and we were very tired the next day.

Clean and comfortable

The view was beautiful and the front desk service was good. Was disappointed with the cleanliness. Dusty, the floor was dirty, splatter marks from something on lamps, credenza toilet. The bed was clean and didn't want to lose the view and since we were only staying one night we did not complain. Wanted room service but there was no menu and the phone did not work. Outlet in the bathroom did not work to do my hair.

The hotel wouldn’t let us check in early although I specified that I need to check in early to feed my infant. After waiting 4 hours to check in, we had to change rooms 3 times. The first few had not been cleaned. The beds were disheveled, food all over the carpet and bathrooms were dirty. The hotel also had an entire floor to a large party of pot smokers and partiers. Needless to say, photos and reviews were deceptive. The view was a 10/10 but everything else was AWFUL!

Sink was clogged for my whole weekend stay

The hotel was beautiful I loved the room and the view of the water from the window. The bed was super comfortable. Definitely would come back
