Motel 6 San Antonio, TX - Airport

Absolutely the best motel 6 I’ve ever stayed in. Motel 6 is my usual first choice on hotels because of their pet friendly policies however most motel 6s are a “get what you pay for” situation. But this particular location was so much nicer then a usual motel 6!

It was good

The only thing good about this property was its proximity to my family. Aside from that, the staff was exceedingly disrespectful. They violated their own policies, repeatedly. Consistently attempted entry into our *occupied* room, despite requests to desist, and despite requests to *not* receive housekeeping services during our stay. Attempted to speak with manager, who argued with me about her staff's unacceptable behavior, despite being shown a time-stamped, video recording of the behavior. She interrupted me and cut me off as I attempted to speak with her, aggressively drowning me out with denial that her staff's inappropriate behavior happened *at all.* Furthermore, she insisted I was *REQUIRED* to accept housekeeping services, despite the G6 initiative that the brand has encompassed that specifically states that it will not provide unwanted housekeeping services, will schedule all interactions with guests and will never enter an occupied room. Despite request, manager refuse to produce policies that reviewed this "mandate" for housekeeping services. Charged us extra fees, claiming that no "second occupant" was listed on the reservation, even though I was able to produce the Expedia reservation that clearly denoted two occupants. She further refused to show me any documentation that would support her claim of only having one occupant listed and adamantly refused to honor the information listed on the Expedia reservation. Highly unprofessional. Absolutely awful.

Room was booked for 1 king size bed with no smokers, when arrived to the hotel, the receptionist said that I did not book a non smokers room and they had no 1 bed available, even though I booked was confirmed, She offered to charge me extra to "Fix" the reservation and offered me a double bed non smokers room, bad customer service

The hotel was overall very dirty. When I entered the room the air conditioner was off and it took all night for the room to cool. The bed comforter was dirty and still reused like that. There were lots of stains on the floor and on the little table with chairs. The mini fridge was open therefore not cool. The phone was unplugged. In the corners there was dust pilled with grime. It was dirty under the bed as well.

Nice, quiet, and inexpensive. A little far away from stores, malls, and other attractions, however.

I had a late check In before getting my room front desk said if I wasn’t happy with my room that there were no other room to move to. That was before even seeing my room. Front desk staff was very sweet. Got to my room and it looked ok u til I took a shower. Getting out of the shower I stepped on glass and noticed a good amount of large shards of glass all around the toilet area. After my shower just walking to the bed my feet turned black from the floors.

My family was attacked by bed bugs worst place ever

They over charged me room needed bed re-done and house keeping went thru my stuff fridge didn't wrk staff was rude

Its cheap yes but not satiafide with the.room it does not.look like the pic i saw. On here
