Little beat up on the outside but the room itself was decent
It was an ok stay overall. However, beds are very comfortable and good to have cable channels. However, problem was the inconvenience when somebody in another room would turn on the shower, then there was this annoying and loud sound. Room felt a bit cramped. Unfortunately the motel offered no breakfast, which was a bummer.
This motel is run down and not comfortable. Pay extra money and get a good night's sleep somewhere else, even if your just using it as a quick place to rest before you head into Yosemite. The bathroom had a lot of water damage by the tub, the mattress is probably as old as the motel, and you can clearly hear everything the neighbors say and do. We got terrible rest. Two things that we liked: One, the front desk worker was very pleasant. Two, since you park in front of your room, it's was easy to unload and load our car.
I’m not a picky person and I certainly don’t expect things to be perfect however when I find this (see picture) and I don’t go off on you and tell you to just take care of it while I’m gone I expect you to. I came back from my day trip to Yosemite and it was still there, I don’t have time to be in a bad mood when I only have two days to enjoy myself but I was not going to not say anything either. Wouldn’t stay here again. You would think with a pandemic they’d have a better sense of urgency. Guess not
Very clean, great front desk representatives. Only downsides i can point out is that the beds arent that soft but still okay. i think more pillows should be added. Other than thaf i rate it 8.5 out of 10
Doesn’t look like the pictures. Everything in our room was falling apart. There was no seal on the door so smoke from the outside was coming in (creek fire). The wall AC was barely hanging on to the wall. Possessions of the guest before us was under the bed still. We used the room to change and never went back. We were the only guests checking in that day and if that was the best room they could give us, I didn’t want to see an alternate. Staff was friendly but we just couldn’t get comfy. We ended up driving four hours after our event to get home vs staying at the hotel 😕
Average hotel room - did not look like the pictures. But it was clean and had a comfortable bed. Soap/lotion/shampoo wall-mounted dispensers were empty but there was the usual travel size bottles available.
I should have listened to the reviews before giving this hotel the benefit of the doubt. Very budget hotel, old building, door while barley shut, pretty sure we slept with the door not fully locked the first night due to not knowing you had to slam it with all your might. The bed was hard as a rock, hair on the pillows, weird splatters on the wall. The toilet barley flushed and the shower pressure was not existent. We wore shoes the whole time and didn’t dare use the blankets. Beware, there is nothing good.
Room was clean and neat. There was no sink inside the bathroom which made it inconvenient because you have to go out of the bathroom to use the sink when brushing your teeth and washing your face.
Terrible hotel! We moved rooms 3 different times. First rooms was dirty, second room was invested in ants and the 3rd room the AC was broken and it was 102 degrees! Worst hotel EVER! We even cut our trip early it was so bad.
