We were disappointed, we had to wait to check-in because they were understaffed. Then had to park far away from our room because there wasn’t enough parking. When we opened the couch for the kids to sleep on there was popcorn on it and it was very uncomfortable. We were also disappointed with the grab and go breakfast. We didn’t have enough blankets either.

I don’t even know where to start! Service was just terrible. Breakfast to go bag, was just a damn joke ! My boyfriend and I got kicked out and was charged 200$ for damage. May I add that we didn’t destroy the room. All we had was just garbage and towels on the ground. Which I took the liberty of grabbing all the garbage together, and I grabbed the towels that were used into a pile next to the garbage can. Because I have respect! the front desk lady was so rude and unprofessional to my boyfriend. She kept trying to embarrass him and get him mad. Which he was respectful and apologized. Front desk lady said to him ‘either you leave or we’re charging 200$?’ We decided to leave. She says back ‘well you’re still being charged 200$!’ Never have I stayed at a hotel so rude and unprofessional!!

Our room was truly so dirty. An earring from a precious guest on the bathroom sink, hair in the shower, wrappers and a balloon under the bed, the microwave had food in it. With the consideration of COVID - it’s really disappointing the lack of cleanliness and effort this hotel puts into keeping their guests safe. Workers also consistently had masks half on. If you look through reviews, this has been a consistent issue. Stay else where. They are clearly not interested in maintaining the cleanliness of their facility.

We enjoyed our stay. We stayed in an accessible room. It was lovely and the Mexican restaurant next door was a delightful perk.

The hotel was clean and up to date for our stay! Hallways were also cleaned very well. Great lighting all around the building. Check in is where this hotel was lean on this trip. The lady doing the check in was not friendly at all. Zero eye contact with us. The phone rang and no "excuse me" she just picked up the phone and was not very friendly on the phone as well. Absolutely no one else waiting to check in and with a reservation it still was over 8 minutes to find our name. When we were handed the keys, we were told to use the elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. Other than Miss congeniality it was a nice place to stay. I would recommend it for your travels.

As a traveling musician I have stayed in a fair share of hotels and this was one of the best ones I have experienced. Friendly staff and a quiet neighborhood with a gas station within walking distance. Worth a little extra money to stay here and would definitely stay again. The only negative thing was the mini fridge smelled so bad we didn’t want to use it.

The hotel itself was largely clean even with a spider issue in the bathroom. Unfortunately, I did not feel safe re: COVID as other guests were not wearing masks and the woman that checked us in had hers pulled below her nose. I selected this hotel because the website seemed to suggest they were enforcing COVID protocals and I was disappointed.

Just a one night stay while traveling through to Utah. Convenient location. Pleasant staff.

Requested additional pillows, was told they didn’t have any. People steal them I was told... asked for a roll away bed or pack and play for our toddler. Nope, didn’t have that either. Carpet was stained in several locations through the room as well. Hide away bed had springs poking through the top of it. The “grab and go” breakfast meal was a complete joke. A brown banana, room temperature yogurt and orange juice as well as an expired packaged Danish pastry. Only bright spot was the pool that we had to ourselves the majority of the times that we went.

The stay was pleasant. Check-in was fast and easy. Staff was very friendly. My room had a smell to it and the room needs an upgrade. New carpet, new tile.
