All very quick and service good

Very small room, dirty, poor services, rude reception

One bad apple can spoil the batch. I experienced fine, friendly service most of my stay, and then had the experienced ruined at check-out by an anti-service dolt who was more interested in charging my 4 Euros for water that I didn't drink than my impression of the hotel upon departing. That's a minor thing. The hotel is basic and functional. I heard a baby crying through the walls one night. The gym has good dumbells and the steam bath is nice. Not very close to tourist spots in the center, but the neighborhood is upscale. The price I paid was reasonable.

Staff was outstanding

The hotel was beautiful - very clean and very modern. Only downside was that the hotel did not turn on their air-conditioning (it was April so generally it was not required based upon the outside air, however, the roof was extremely hot at night and we had to keep the window open - which did not help much)
