Quality Inn & Suites North Mesquite I-30

The room was nice and clean and room service came daily. The downside is there seems to be some pimps and prostitution about. Also, I had to complain several times about noise coming from the room beside me, tv blaring, children screaming, and people slamming doors.

For some reason my stay was booked at a hotel 40 minutes from where I actually was. I had to drive there which wasn’t bad. I get to the room at nearly 1am. When I arrived I was told there was complimentary muffins and other items until 9am. There was nothing put out for breakfast. The woman in the morning is very rude and lies. Since I didn’t arrive until nearly 1am I was requesting a late check-out. The lady was very rude and said that we couldn’t do a late check out because they where booked. At 10:30 am the lady started blowing my phone up over and over until we answered asking if we where going to stay over and if not we needed to be out in 30 minutes...I said we requested a late check out and you said you where booked then you call asking if I’m going to stay again so your not really booked. The lady then proceeded to yell and tell me that they don’t do late check out etc. The funny thing is I’m a manager/ hotel auditor myself. Never again will I ever return here or recommend this place.

Good price ......clean rooms ....quiet.....don't come knocking on doors every 5min

Great room and great service the employee's were great

Stayed for 2 nights in king bed suite, room was nice, looked recently updated, was next to a storage closet so did get loud at times, but the noise was tolerable. Service was good.

Very dated, overall not a bad place, but not a good Microtel. Breakfast was cheap and terrible. Mattress had stains and iron board was very dirty. Bathroom fan full of dust, bathtub moldy.

Hotel hallway smelled of curry. Clean but not as comfortable as I would have liked it to be. No stopper for the bathtub and no comfortable chair in the room. Very limited breakfast items and the same each morning.

Good night sleep, comfortable bed. Breakfast could be better

Dirty, outdated rooms. Stained bedding. Very poor breakfast. Pictures online don’t match actual rooms. Smelly hallways.
