Crowne Plaza Syracuse

Ryan, the young man at the front desk was amazing and this review is no reflection on him. The first room we were put in had no privacy curtain on the window facing a brightly lit street. Light coming in lit up the whole room. Ryan apologized and put us in another room which had no heat. Once again Ryan sincerely apologized and put us in a third room where the desk lamp next to the coffee maker had no bulb. We just spent the night and left. P.S. The first two rooms did not have room inspection stickers on them. The third one did.

My stay was great! Ryan at the front desk was terrific and dedicated to making sure my stay was just right.

I booked a king bed, got a room with two queens. The staff at the front counter was uninterested and rude. Stayed on the 5th floor and could hear every single car that drove by on the highway all morning and night. Hotel was very clean however, it made me every uncomfortable to see staff and guests walking around without masks on. Decent hotel but for the price you can find much nicer places in the area.

I stayed there in part for the view. However the windows were very dirty outside (expected, it is winter) but the inside was dirty and streaked like a kid had marked the glass with a crayon. NOT acceptable. Rest of room was clean and sparkling.

Front desk at check in & out were super friendly. Got food from bar to take back to room (to-go only due to current restrictions). Food was good.

There was cockroaches in our room had to be moved to a new room at 130am so scared to sleep because of the bugs absolutely disgusting!!!

Everything about the stay was great. Parking was very close to the hotel. The room and hotel was very clean. Our room was very nice.

I really loved the customer service and the elevators! We stayed on the 15th floor and the view was fantastic!

Room was clean and comfortable, very upset to pay 15.00 for one night parking!!

Great room, somewhat new, clean and good view. The only down side is paid parking
