Mercure Pont d'Avignon Centre

Very small room, a small bed with non comfortable mattress, towels were worn out, poor breakfast. I would expect from a 4 star hotel for more then what we got. I would not grade the hotel with more than 3 stars.

Everything, except for the shower which was too weak by any standard these days, was very satisfactory.

Convenient, clean and comfortable.

Location is central ! The rooms are nicely sized except they have a slight strange smell to them but overall a nice hotel and wonderful breakfast

Quiet, but convenient location to see sights, restaurants, walkable to train station. There are 3 or 4 other hotels by same hotel brand but I will stay here again.

Location was nice as it was inside the Palace walls, so you step outside and you have the palace and all dining And shopping options right there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Only thing I did not like was the floor carpets. They were so dark and looked dirty. Bathrooms were clean. Rooms were ok size. Location really does it though!!

Nice hotel, centrally located near the bridge, cathedral and old town square. Situated next to the parking garage with a hotel drop off for cases prior to parking. Twin beds vs double/king was a disappointment but otherwise, the room was very nice

Convenient; pleasant dining room and terrace; satisfying breakfast buffet.

The receptionist, Verginerni is extremely helpful and caring when I asked for arranging a trip from Avignon to Arles, she is very efficiently and promptly. she also very responsibly helped us with heavy our luggages etc. Food, room is all good.

If driving, know how to get to the parking garage before entering Avignon. You enter from outside the city walls near the Rhône. Place of the Popes parking garage is connected to the hotel.
