Holiday Inn St. Petersburg West

Good nice staff, room was clean , ok bed. Only thing upsetting is the amount of bums and druggies surrounding the property along with a couple fighting right next door to us before 8 am with loud screaming. Probably wont stay here again but it was ok for what it was.

Love this hotel,rooms are comfortable and hot tub and pool are amazing! Their staff is also very helpful and friendly.

We stayed at this hotel in July 2019 and loved the stay. The food, amenities, service, staff everything. We made an unexpected trip to St Pete and stayed at a familiar hotel. The price was significantly cheaper in the fall I may know why.... The first room as soon as we sat on the bed it collapsed to the floor. We were moved to the room next door which had an ant infestation.

Quick trip to St. Pete from Miami to tour Eckerd College with our daughter. Unfortunately, Hurricane Eta shifted and college tour was cancelled, but we got a comfortable nights stay in our room.

The 1st room we were given was infested with ants, hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned and the tub was dirty. We asked for a different room instead of a refund because it was late. The 2nd room smelled like someone had been living in it and chain smoked. Housekeeping is terrible

Refrigerator was not working and I Report it but they never did check it out

Nice it was clean guest were informative I just wished we couldve gotten a small breakfast before checking out

Most if the Holiday Inns that I have stayed at are great. This one fell short. Best sevice and kindness with the staff at breakfast. Rooms were good. Found various hairs in the towels. That was gross. We used our own from the beach trips we went in. Lots of homeless in the parking lot. I normally do not have any issues. But I do when they get a bit agressive, wait by your car for you to get out, approach my children. Homeless around cars, on the bench, by the exit doors on side of property. We went swimming once, we saw drug deals, a very creepy man stairing at the children. Spoke to front desk about issues, they said they would look into it. Same people at pool, same people in parking lot. Very disappointing.
