Extended Stay America - Chantilly - Dulles

I loved the suite. Very nice having a kitchen, living area and separate sleeping areas. A couple things really bothered me. First when you check in the employee I checked in with gave me zero information and said I’d receive an email with all of the info which I never received. I asked about where my room was and he said the building across with no directions. No info on breakfast, check out, or receipts. Not sure if it was just our room but we heard the people walking above us the entire time. Also the beds were supposed to be queens but they were full/double beds. Due to covid there’s no cleaning service which was fine and I’d expect them to keep the rooms stocked with extra towels and blankets but they weren’t so our four people party had two wash cloths and when I went to the front desk around 8pm (that’s the time we noticed we only had 2 wash cloths) no one ever came out to the desk which has a camera to see when someone needs assistance or not.

The hotel is nice itself but the rooms need to be updated severely. The couch is very uncomfortable and in particular my room was so hot because some switch wasn’t on. Tried to call front desk but room phone wasn’t working so had to leave my oven unattended to walk to front desk.

The room is amazing but the pull out couches are outdated. There was tobacco all over it, slept on floor and let my mom and son sleep on bed

The grounds were beautifully maintained with a very attractive patio area just outside the main entry: nice, new furniture, clean grills, clean decking. The check in area was clean and check-in service was prompt and very friendly. The room was well furnished: a full kitchen, queen bed - very comfortable mattress and pillows and a queen sized sofa bed. Bathroom was spotless. The breakfast area was small, with tables only for 12 and counter space for four guests. The breakfast consisted of pastries and breads, D-I-Y waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, hard-boiled eggs, juice, coffee, and milk. I expected a better breakfast buffet considering how nice everything else was, but this was offered at such a great pre-paid price, I would not complain.

Joey was fantastic. His friendly personality and helpful hints made our stay great. The room was very clean and quiet, as well. We would definitely stay there again.

The front desk staff were awesome. The refrigerator was not working and was assigned a new room without any problems. I decided to extend my stay and the staff were very helpful. My only complaint Is the self laundry. Two washing machines to four dyers ???

Awesome as always. Everything was great. Only negative was the hot water, but told desk when I checked out
