Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Stes Port Clinton-Catawba Island

Friendly staff, but not very clean rooms. The pool was freezing and the hot tub wasn't hot.

wonderful reception, clean room, had to ask for a bar of soap for the bathroom, totally understand the "grab and go" breakfast but really would have liked REAL orange juice not sugar filled Sunny D

It was clean and had a friendly and helpful staff. It was also close to the ferry.

Have stayed here many times. Property is always clean. Location is close to everything. Only negative for me was being awaken by a vacuum outside my room at 8:30am. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

It was good. Front seat people were wonderful and helpful.

When we got to room we always apply Lysol to sheets and found a hair in the bed. We called front desk and asked if someone could change sheets. They sent housekeeper up. The bed was not comfortable too hard for my liking. Hot tub was up but water was not hot enough.

The staff was very friendly. Enjoyed the nice big hot tub, very relaxing.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. One problem we had though was our room was by an outside door and the door didn’t have anything to keep it from slamming. It would be beneficial to have something that makes it so the door doesn’t slam shut. Other than that it was a great stay. The pool was the best heated pool. The hot tube could have been hotter. It wasn’t much warmer than the pool.

Positive overall. Comfortable beds. close to everything.
