Awesome
Me and my husband had a good time here. The room was nice and clean. I loved the fact the dishes are already in the room you didn’t have to request them and that was a plus. Amanda who checked us in was so cheerful and amazing. I would definitely come back!
Check-In Process: Quick and easy AFTER I was buzzed in. While checking in they had guest walking around without a mask. My room: Beds are terribly uncomfortable. The carpet and decor inside needs a deep cleaning and or remodel. Our television would not work and we called the front desk. The young lady working was VERY helpful and quick to replace our remote control. She had the best customer service. I wish I had kept her name so I can mention her as she was the best part of my stay. The guest that stay there, I think this is like a half-way house/hotel for addict users. Guest without masks, I saw one man smoking from inside his room, blowing the smoke out side the window, I saw transactions happening inside of a car that was parked in front of the hotel. This hotel charged my card an additional cost without informing me. When I checked my bank account there was an additional cost pending and when I called and asked the MANAGER why I wasn't informed she simply said "i don't know, but most hotels charge resort fees". The problem is THIS ISN'T A RESORT. There were NO amenities open (pool, breakfast, etc) so, I wasn't understanding that. THE PARKING SUCKS due to Chick Fil A. You cannot maneuver around the parking lot at all. On top of the ChickFilA traffic, there's lots of big trucks in their parking lot. The pictures online look great, but this hotel isn't great at all. Go to the Sheraton 2 exits up. It's better.
The main lobby strongly smelled of marajuana when I walked in upon arrival. No effort was made to deodorize. Parking was free, but terrible due to the long line wrapped around the building for the adjacent Chikfilet. Numerous parking spaces were too narrow and several cars were taking up two spots. Also several light poles were out one side making it very dark and a safety issue. The bed wasn’t comfortable, several kitchen utensils were missing and here were stains on the wooden cabinets.
When given the option to stay in an ADA accessible room on the first floor, because of traveling with our small dog, we were downgraded to a double bed. I paid for a king bed and we really needed it, was disappointed we were given a squeaky, small bed :( The shower was also a mess - it leaked water everywhere on the floor and when we asked for replacement towels, the hotel staff never came to bring us to them even thought they said they would.
I would never stay there again. As a matter of fact I didn’t even stay. I got to the room and I was settling in and looked down and found a cookie under the end table that looked like it had been there for a while. Then my wife was in the bedroom and found French Fries at the side of the bed. Last but not least I went to the refrigerator to put my drinks inside and when I open the refrigerator a cockroach came out of the bottom of the refrigerator. Thanks but no thanks I left right away and stayed somewhere else. Save your money never go to this place.
I really enjoy my stay everything was nice .I got to relax and do nothing. I've already booked it again for my vacation next wk this time i'm staying longer.
Quite and clean The staff are the absolute best. Best hotel in pleasanton.
The Hotel was not as clean for this visit as we had experianced in the past. The worst thing was my husband had difficulty checking in. The reservation was in my name and he had a copy of the email with the confirmation number but they had to call me to verify he could check in. What if I had not been able to pick up my phone?
One Front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. First of all she didn’t know what she was supposed to do when I was checking in and had the nerve to tell me that she’s been working there for two years. Secondly, the house keeper went in to clean my room way before I checked out. As a result I lost my electric toothbrush which cost over $150. I was there for seven days. I requested to have my linen changed and trash emptied, I was ignored repeatedly.
