Room is right across from the elevators lots of extraneous noises heard during the evening, but not at night. Room Did not allow easy access with baggage cart. . Just barely able to get the baggage cart in the room and the desk was right there had to throw the bags off of the cart into the room. Only a single washcloth, bath towel, and rock was supplied for the room. No hand bar soap toWash your hands with. The car was very nice. Bed was comfortable. A shower did not provide warm water was on the cold side. No coffee maker or microwave was provided. Or refrigerator. Had to go out to get a cup of coffee as it was nothing provided in the lobby either. Price of the room is very reasonable. I wanted to try out this hotel because I had not seen that on the list before. As I titled this review, I am not quite sure I will say here again. Maybe other rooms are situated differently but it was very inconvenient and you couldn’t even into the room with luggage cart without the desk being right there in front of you it could’ve been moved down to the other side of the room which there was nothing underneath the TV or in the far corner. Bathroom small.
The hotel was nice, but the sheets had a stain. They one gave one set of towels. The Kleenex holder didn’t have a box inside. The desk has coffee rings. Lastly, charging for parking is absurd.
Indifferent dront desk staff. Minimal room amenities. General uncomfortable feeling with security watching you and limited access. Would not stay there again.
The room was large and clean, but a mini-fridge and a microwave would have been nice. Especially since the on-site restaurant was closed due to COVID concerns, but I can't downgrade them for that. The breakfast options were basically limited to coffee and muffins.

There was no hot water the next day they wouldn’t let me keep my room over all horrible experience
My only complaint is that we was not able to take a hot or at least a warm shower.
Upon arriving to this hotel the location and parking situation was immediately frustrating. When checking in I was told to pay per night for ON SITE parking.. with 1 entrance being the door at the front of the building. Mind you, we went when it was terribly cold weather so the long walks back and forth to the car were disappointing. Fast forward to getting our room. We were placed on the 4th floor, immediately off the elevator the smell of smoking was overwhelming. No big deal right? Typically wouldn’t mind but now I have children in tow. Swipe the room key to get into the room, terribly small doorway opening I have to turn sideways with my belongings to get into the door. The television in the room only had 7 accessible channels. We stayed 2 nights and 3 days, the entirety of our stay THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. Cleanliness could be ranked at about a 2 overall. No toiletries left in the room for our use and half a roll of toilet paper.. no breakfast, restaurant or cafe open for a quick bite thanks to Covid-19 so my meal points were useless while booking this stay. I think we were more excited to LEAVE rather than to arrive for our weekend away. If we were to return to visit St. Louis we would not stay at this location, that’s for sure! Ultimately, we ended our stay and demanded a refund for a weekend full of inconvenience. I do not recommend this hotel for your stay.
Very clean and professional staff.
A pleasant surprise. Wanted something close to the airport, and their price was great. The facility was nicer than I expected. The only negatives were no shuttle (Covid), and only one towel and no soap in our room. But the staff set up a taxi for us, and then followed up on it the next morning to make sure we would get to the airport on time. Plus they said bring a receipt for the taxi ride, and they would deduct it from our stay next time. Overall, a very good experience.
