Quality Inn Fresno Near University

This is the WORST place I ever stayed at! Had a couple of, what I would call, minor mishaps that wouldn’t warrant me placing a negative review, but on my last day there, I became aware that I had been drinking from a coffee machine containing an IV NEEDLE in the reservoir! I contacted the front desk, who was apologetic but then told me o would need to take up my issues with Hotels.com since I had booked and paid through them. Upon speaking with them, I was informed that the hotel staff member accused me of lying! I have never been so offended! I have waited to be contacted by management since I checked out over the weekend but as of today, Wednesday. I have not been contacted. I have had to be tested for HIV, as well as hepatitis A, B, and C. Although the risk is minimal, I should not have been exposed in the first place and their lack of concern and the negative response toward their customer is reason to never stay at this place! Stay far away for you own safety!

Although the property was clean it was a little older and we hope there are plans to update the facilities soon.

Nice clean rooms, very quiet. In a very good area I enjoyed the stay 😊

The room was overall clean but very old. Not very quiet due to neighborhood. Bed was old and lumpy. Front desk person during checkout was very un-kept and grouchy. I would not stay here again and would not recommend.

The room was dated, bed uncomfortable and bathroom in need of updating. The sink was old, poor water pressure in the shower.

Front desk employee Emma professional and lobby presentable. I checked in then immediately checked out and received refund. The room was falling apart. I wiped surfaces down with clorox wipes and they were filthy. Bathtub faucet barely attached . There was a black scuff mark on the fitted sheet in center. I didnt take pictures because I wanted out of there asap. Unclean unsanitary needs remodeling. I checked in close to midnight. Homeless men popping in and out of hotel grounds(bushes). Clumps of human hair on lower level and on balcony. Unsafe. Run don't stay

There were blood stains on the sheets, pee stains on the mattress (I always check for bed bugs) the pipes in the bathroom were ticking all night. The check in was easy, but I highly doubt I’ll stay there again.

The room was clean and enjoyed stay. The staff was friendly

If you're looking for a quiet place to stay, this may not be the place to go. I've never in my life been to such a noisy motel. The guests next door and down the hall were walking back and forth to each others rooms, knocking loudly and shouting across the rooms to each other. They honked their horn, as if locking it. The didn't stop until about 2:00 AM. We didn't contact the front desk out of fear and because we were exhausted and hoped they'd stop. The parking lot is not gated and there must not be security cameras on the property because this group of people would have been seen being disruptive. Horrible experience.

Stayed for a night and the sheets had some little stains, the sink counter was stained and old. The toilet and shower also had stains. The room and location wasn’t bad, the service was good and friendly staff.
