Hyatt Place Dublin/Pleasanton

Horrible customer experience on first step into the lobby, rude greeting from front desk staff and follow up from manager. The property charged me an extra fee for parking at the few parking spots available. After a brief conversation with manager about the undocumented fee they demanded, they had me to sign a document stating they have no responsibility to protect my property (My Car) if I park there. I showed the confirmation email from Hotels.com to the property manager which had no notes stating there is an extra parking fee. The manager RUDELY suggested if I don't want to pay the parking fee I can cancel my reservation. The room was OK, but had one bath towel in the shower. Overall, due to the initial experience with the staff I didn't want to speak with them about this. I am sure they would give me an excuse why they only provide a single bath towel. They created the most negative customer experience I've had in a long time. I use Hotels.com often, most properties I've stayed at provide parking for their guests, and most Hyatt properties have reasonable polite staff at the front desk..

The bathroom door was like stuck to open and the shower doors would not stay closed they would slide open to one side.

I actually stayed here a month and my experience was amazing. Rooms are beautiful nice and clean. Staff was extremely courteous.

Experience was good. Thought the $10 charge to park on site was a little much. Especially since your car isn’t protected. No valet. So what exactly was the $10 used for. Just a little spot in a parking lot.

The service was absolutely amazing, the sanitization process was on point, the cleanliness of our room wasn't exactly up to par as a housekeeper myself. There were hairs in the bath and sink, as well as some makeup in the sink, But things happen and can be missed. I would definitely stay here again, I think this hotel may have replaced my usual hotel in Dublin. The staff was absolutely wonderful, the grab and go breakfast was great as well!

I had a booking dilemma and the manager rami said he would give me 30 min to sort it out after I had stayed there for weeks and he threatened to “embarrass me” whatever that means. I decided not to book or stay with them after today. The girl at the front in the morning Nada had the worst attitude and acted like she was something special. I liked Alicia she was nice other than that service and behavior unacceptable.

Great hotel. The one problem was that the was a long black hair in one of the clean towels. Bed was comfortable, good pillows.

toliet was not flushing!!! It was 2:30am when I found this out & dealt with it because I had traveled from Washington & was very tired. Explained this to morning staff front desk & they had the attitude that they didnt care. I wanted to inform them that this was no fault of mine & that I otherwise left the room very clean. Staff was too busy talking amongst themselves. They didnt even speak or was friendly.
