It took 1.5 hours to check-in, one person working in the hotel, guest room door locks were not working, desk clerk had to let guests in and out of rooms. Lobby had no A/C, was dirty with broken refrigerator next front desk. Desk clerk shouted my room number across the lobby as he started up the stairs, had to stop him because I am unable to use stairs, his response is take the elevator and continued on his way. This was my first time in hotel and had no idea where the elevator was, guest in lobby provided directions. Arrived at my room which was unlocked and door propped open, security issue. Room was dirty, dark liquid sprayed and dried on walls, headboard and white substance streaked across it, desk chair was worn out, holes in seat and leather was ripped. Door was hanging off the refrigerator cabinet, lampshades were ripped. Lack of security, no door key, and filthy, worn out room, I elected to not stay, left and went to another hotel. Hotel would not refund my money, so I absorb the cost of the room, But was able to find a safe and clean hotel, with professional staff. Will nevers stay at a Wyndham hotel, and will think twice about using Hotels.com again. Neither company's customer service representative seemed to care or made an offer to resolve the situation.

It took over two hours for me to be able to officially check in due to an issue with the deposit and lack of communication. There wasn’t an abundance of customers that kept the front desk attendants busy however, it was the continuous lack of disorganization that was carried out the entire time I was forced to quietly wait in the lobby. I had traveled nearly all day and very much so needed the rest. I even asked them if we could meet in the middle and allow
The first room i was assigned to had mold, mildew and a leak. The second room was dirty, and the tub was nasty. It looked as though maid service never touched it. The third room entry door didn't lock. The staff had an I don't care attitude and acted like they were pre-occupied.
Horrible! Had to move 3 times due to issues and still had issues but tired of moving. Will me we stay again.
The lady at the front desk was lovely. The lobby felt humid and smelled like a publoc bathroom. the elevator on the left side of the hotel didnt work so we had to use the right side one. Then walk to the complete opposite side of the building.
Run! TV never worked. Then my car was broken into along with several other cars. We stopped counting after 5!
Dirty dirty and out dated. Had to switch rooms due to being filthy and baseboards broken. My key had to be reset everyday.(we stayed 5 nights). Would not recommend to anyone
