Ramada by Wyndham Fresno Northwest

It was nice but i was on the second floor and at 3 am you can here people running around up stairs

It was nice do to my job i have to travel and slot of hotels are just taking essantial workers so it was nice to get a place so i don't have to sleep in my vehicle

I was awakened three different nights during our stay with headaches from other guests smoking pot. I moved to a different room but still had same results from other guests smoking as well. I also had my vehicle window broken out in the parking lot and property stolen.

Our room was fairly clean. Most importantly, the bedding appeared clean, but the carpeting not so much (many stains). The shower head was one of the worst I've ever experienced. It shot a leaking stream of water straight up to the ceiling while providing hardly any water adjustments to the person showering. The room was quite small. The biggest issue we had was that the room next to us had a very loud late-night party (on a Wednesday night). We were shocked that the hotel staff even allowed this to happen during Covid-19. And, I know they knew about the party because of the numerous security cameras they have (seeing people coming and going from that room). Also, when I checked out the next morning I mentioned it to the lady working the front desk and she said "oh yeah I heard about that party - sorry! That party made excessive noise between 9PM until well after Midnight. They smoked cigarettes and pot that their smoke infiltrated our room making it impossible to sleep. The hotel staff should have shut that party down. Or, if they were intimidated by the partiers, then they should have called the police, but they did neither...leaving us to suffer. We stayed 2 nights. The first night was fine, but the second was horrible. Overall, it wasn't a great stay, but I always give places two tries before writing them off. So, I would give this hotel a second chance - if/when I return to Fresno.

Checked in close to bedtime. Upon entering the room all of the lights in the room work on one switch. Cannot plug in your phone unless you leave the lights on. The outlet between the beds was actually falling out of the wall, was not even attached. It was a warm evening and although the air conditioner ran it did not cool the room. I asked the front desk for assistance. She came up and flipped the circuit breaker on the air conditioner, and said it was working fine. It was so hot in the room I was perspiring all night. The breakfast buffet is not available, which is understandable. Many other hotels are offering grab and go bags for their customers to at least have a piece of fruit and a Danish. Not here.

I paid for an upgraded sweet and found hair long hair in my towels like 3 or them and also 3 cockroaches

After an attempt with a hotel in downtown area... which was unpleasant to say the least. The Ramada was a breath of fresh air. Very friendly and comfortable, safe.

But service and smell a lot of drugs I the floor where we have the room in the nigoand in the morning...

Honestly it was great a night away from the kids for my husband and I. Boy did we need it the staff was seriously nice the only thing that stopped me grim giving it 5 stars was I asked for a 9 am wake up call I had to be somewhere by 10 and they never called us. My husband woke up at 9:45 thank God
