SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Albuquerque I40 Eubanks

Sure Stay is a good place to stay if you just need basic accommodations. The room, lobby, and outside areas were all very clean. Staff was polite, friendly and efficient. The Grab and Go breakfast was surprisingly good, much better than I expected. The only thing I was disappointed in was the shower. I had to step into the shower stall to reach the handle to turn on and adjust the water because the door was at the other end of the stall. Having housekeeping angle the shower head toward the wall might help with this because you at least wouldn't get hit with a stream of cold water when you turned it on.

Right off the highway. Very friendly staff and great to go breakfast because of covid.

I like that it’s close to shopping area. Target, pet store and a bunch of restaurants

All of the staff are friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Unlike most other hotels, free hot or take out breakfast was provided. We will choose this Hotel the next time we stay in Albuquerque.

Loved the location and the hotel staff was very accommodating. Hope to stay here again.

Don't know why people give this place bad reviews. The front desk girl was super friendly, the place was very clean, its close to the airport.and food places. It is older and has older rooms but nothing wrong with them. Paid have of what other hotels next door charge. Will stay again

Easy access off I-40. Convenient parking outside motel room; delicious HOT breakfast even with COVID! The room was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed. The only negative was the bathroom sink was slow to drain.

I traveled here during the COVID-19 epidemic while on the way to visit family. I enjoyed my stay and felt so comfortable I stayed twice - once there and once on the way back in November 2020. The staff was awesome. I felt like they were taking every precaution necessary to keep the place clean and safe - all the way down to wrapping the TV remote in plastic. Mask adherence was great and they had a plastic barrier and sanitizer in the lobby. There were several things I really enjoyed: comfortable beds, in room Keurig coffee makers, fridge/microwave combo, and take away breakfast (included - another COVID precaution). The hotel was quiet too so we had a great night’s rest. Shower pressure and temperature was excellent. Obviously we couldn’t use the indoor pool/jacuzzi due it being closed as a COVID precaution, but any other time this and the outdoor patios would surely be amazing!
