Room was comfortable. Desk was large. Bed and pillows were perfect. Largest bedroom I ever had in a hotel.

The front desk staff was very nice the only think is I still didn’t get my deposit back yet. When booking they don’t tell you that it’s an extra $100 when u get there

I enjoyed my stay

It’s COVID I asked could I get my room cleaned because it’s New Years they told me no because I didn’t stay here up to 8 days my room stinked so bad I asked for a new one I got one my remote was broke so was my telephone it was just a bad experience never again I wasted my money

Due to my business schedule with my clientel I had very little time to do much except for rest and rest I did. I took several 3 hour naps between appointments and the hotel was quiet every time. I enjoyed the options the room had as far as silverware, kitchen cooking stuff and everything else. It was a great experience and thank you to all staff members there. Including Mom.

The kitchen sink did not work

I like the fact that the workout facility was very clean and near the laundry room. I did not like that the bed was way too soft for my wife and myself.

When I arrived the front desk clerk was very pleasant. She definitely wanted my stay to be a pleased one. She suggested that I check out the room to make sure the everything is to my liking. So, I did and everything appeared to be ok. However, once I began to get settled I noticed things aren't always what they appear to be. I always samitize any hotel I stay in, but this became a project. After I thought everything was good and clean, I got another surprise. I opened the microwave to heat up my dinner and it was absolutely gross. It looked like something you would find at a truck stop. It took my 15minutes to clean that filthy microwave. Totally disgusting. So, I think the cleaning service is to blame for this. It explains why I had to clean the rooms, because its obvious that only surface cleaning was done. So, I was definitely disappointed. During this crucial time we are living in with the pandemic going on, thinhs really need to be sanitized. Some people don't get that. Good help is hard to find.

Chantelle Rodriguez was very good and welcoming to us as a guest. She provided excellent customer service as well as patience when dealing with an irate customer.
