The hotel and room were both new and fresh the staff were very friendly. We were checked in at 11-30 AM and parking was very reasonable in cost.

Modern and stylish as well as comfortable, and a great location! My only issues were that the pillows were way too big for me and there were no other options and there was no balcony.

Close to Westfield Shopping, excellent restaurants and cafes within walking distance and Belconnen Markets. Ginndiderra Lake is pristine for walks with food besides.

Not great for picky sleepers.
I'll start by saying the hotel is modern, very clean, has nice rooms and good amenities. However, there were 5 people in our group in 4 rooms, and every one of us complained about the pillows. There are 4 non-decorative pillows on the bed. All 4 would be great for sitting behind you while watching TV. But they're all large, very firm tube-shape pillows, and not one of them was good for sleeping on. Too high and too round to be comfortable. In our group, it was all we talked about. Two of them like this would be perfect, if the other two were more flat for sleeping. The other thing is that the door panel - which lets you select 'do not disturb' or signal that you are ready for housekeeping - is an incredibly bright white light panel which acts as a night light in the room. This might be fine if you want a night light - however it was so bright that it was hard to sleep. I had to cover it with a towel. Otherwise, the rooms are great. Large, clean, comfy bed, wireless charging pad by the bed, etc. I know the complaints are personal preference, but again everyone in our group mentioned these things.

Clean, fresh hotel with warm welcome from reception staff. Covid precautions as you enter. No restaurant on site and breakfast room service only. Rooms nice and equipped.
