They dont have ant food at all, there is one soda vending machine and that is it

No power I was freezing all day
I'm trying to get a refund on this property from hotels.com because when I got to this property which is in Irving Tx they were experiencing a ice and snow storm and when I made my reservation nobody said hey the hotel has no power and will be closed when you arrive during a winter storm which meant I was stuck outside at a hotel that I had paid for with no where to go. And when hotels.com called this property to verify that the hotel had no power on Monday night into Tuesday morning the hotel apparently told hotels.com they were operational and marked me down as a no show. Might I add I tried calling this hotel numerous times to let them know I would be there but I would be late and no one answered the phone at front desk and I found out when I drove there why no one would answer the phone because it was closed and no power. And now the hotel doesn't want to refund me money for my room because of their so called strict refund policy. But didn't render services that I paid for .
Power was out in the area due to snow storm. Shuttle not running. Would not check us in because there was no power. Sat in dark, freezing lobby for hours. Offered no beverages or snacks, in fact employees were walking through the lobby with pizzas and other food for themselves. Asked for blankets, told “no.” Finally checked in but then power went out again and others were forced to stay in the icy, unsecured, completely dark lobby for many hours. They were eventually given blankets, a bottle of water, and a granola bar. No attempt made at any real customer service. There were crying children and elderly people sleeping on the floor. Absolutely horrendous. They’re very lucky there wasn’t an incident of some kind on their property. Expected much more from Wyndham corporation. Rooms were much warmer than lobby even without power; however, they left people freezing in the lobby rather than allowing them into empty rooms and warm beds. One woman offered to let them hold her credit card until they were able to run it if they would let her in a room; they wouldn’t agree. Granted, the weather is beyond their control but simple human decency should not be. I understand hotels need to make money but they definitely could have accommodated people better. There were hundreds of people stranded in Dallas because of the storm and they made NO attempt to help anyone. Will never stay there again and am seriously doubting Wyndham policies.
Clean safe and comfortable place to stay.

Well first of all I booked this hotel cause was near to airport and for 24 hours shuttle . When we arrived about 8pm we call to request the service of the shuttle but nobody was picking up the phone for 30 minutes when they finally answer the lady was kind of rude asking if I was in the right place in order to get picked up. After we requested the shuttle we waited for an hour there I could say even more 😕and after a few calls with no one to answer we better ride in an uber It was so disappointed time spend, money spend , I mean if management didn’t have available shuttle’s is okay just tell the guests so we know if we want to wait or ask for another ride . Also put a note in the hotel rooms or lobby even website that we need to give tips to the driver not inside the van sometimes people don’t bring cash and if it’s the main income for the driver is kind of sad for him and embarrassed for us not to give something specially if they doing such a great job that way he doesn’t get mad at you and rolled over his eyes showing his frustration. Not to mention the very rude lady at the counter .
I appreciate y’all having coffee, hot water and ice available. I was traveling on business and needed a few comforts from home. Like ice coffee. The bed was super comfy. And the room was very homey.
