Great stay!! Friendly front desk lady.

This hotel needs to be removed from hotels.com My room was beyond filthy, from the buckled floors, remnants of extermination ( roaches) Bed lining was stained in multiple areas, bathroom toilet had ring in there which was a sign of it not being cleaned, floor was not cleaned. Room smelled like a smoker just had smoked in there. Had to do a double check. All around disgusting and definitely unsanitary

I was not expecting a 4-star experience, but was disappointed. The lobby area was fine, but when exiting the elevator I was hit with the stale stinch of cigarette smoke in the hallway enroute to my room. The floor in the room was filthy leaving our feet black after showering.

The staff is the best! I would live there if I could! I didn’t want to leave!

Flooring was coming up and seperating there was black mold in the bathroom ceiling also appeared to have water damage in bathroom, I was told that there would be airport shuttle available for pick up and when I flew in the front desk said that they did not do pick ups they only did drop offs

We came here for a 2 night stay. one of the beds in our double room popped & cracked all night long. The freezer wouldn't freeze popsicles. The shower head is really low so me standing at 5'6" had to squat down to wash my hair. The ceiling is messed up in the shower. The keys had to be reprogrammed at least 6 times. There was only half a roll of toilet paper in our room when we checked in & no back up roll. The kleenex in the holder. The floor is coming up especially under the PTAC unit. The desk chair was missing a wheel & i almost fell over when trying to sit in it. The mattress was horrible, my back is hurting & i usually love hotel beds. If i wouldn't have booked through the site, i would have left after just one night. I will not stay here again.

I loved the hotel staff they were very nice and made sure our needs were met . I did not like the condition ....I have two kids and plugs were hanging out , lamps didnt have any lightbulbs , the tub had a shower faucet but no way to turn it on, and we didnt have a tv remote but asked for one and got it but the remote just barely worked. Overall the stay was alright , the condition was bad though.

The bed wasn’t stable. It made a lot of noise. Sheets were dingy.... The showers did not work and the tub could use some Clorox.

The floor panels were coming up off the floor. There were dead roaches in the fridge and stains on the sheets. The room smelled like cigarettes and there was hair in the bathroom and on the sheets. There is no breakfast except cereal in dispensers with no bowls or milk to accompany it. There is weak coffee and coffee condiments. We stayed there only for a night’s rest-will never stay here ever again
