During check in the lady was rude because she couldn’t figure how to work the computer. People were loud banging in the room next to me and above me all hours of the night. Just find another hotel, you won’t like this one.

They refused to give us our deposit back and accused of us of smoking in the room when we dont smoke. They were infriendly and unprofessional.

The front desk person at check in was very nice, she explained no house keeping services while we were staying there. They only clean after check out, and no smoking in room which is fine, but once in the room it smelled like cigarettes. There was heavy dust on light over bathroom mirror, light switches had dirt around them, floors were dusty, the dresser drawers were broken, along with a door at kitchen sink, a maintenance person had came by and fixed the sink door, we didn't call them for that. Had a stain on the fitted sheet on a bed, but was quickly replaced once we called front desk, I took it down and exchanged it. We didn't ask for a new room wasn't sure if it was fully booked and people do live there as well.

When I got to the room I called and told them my toilet was leaking all they did was put a towel down and now it's leaking more

The room has a two burner stove, microwave and a really nice n big refrigerator, which is the nicest thing about this apartment hotel. There everything else is non existent. Don’t expect too much then u will be fine

Accosted by people in halls asking for rides upon arrival at property. Elevators smell like cigarettes. Other smells. Sketchy people hanging about.

Well before check out time one of the maid just walked in the room we waamt checking out we was staying for another night

Not clean, they never wanted to give me any more towels and I was staying for one week
