Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Dallas Mesquite

Not enough towels for the amount of people we had said would be there. When I asked for more that night, the guy at the front desk said there weren’t any clean when he got there so he was washing them, so I said I’d come grab them in the morning. In the morning the lady at the front desk tried to tell me she had none and wouldn’t give me any, and when I told her about the night before, she rolled her eyes and magically found some that she said she was “holding for another guest who had dropped them off to be cleaned earlier”

The whole reason I got a room was for the pool . And due to Coronavirus the pool is not available for swimming. It is the only hotel that I've been to That the pool is unavailable . Very highly disappointed didn't even end up staying

Horrible. The room had toilet issues. I had to plunge it myself several times. They refuse to move me to another room. No rooms were available because they only have one house keeper and she only clean enough rooms for expected guess. First desk clerk and manager refuse to accommodate me so I ended up speaking to the Vice President and she credit me back 2 nights out of the 4 nights I stayed there. I been using that room for 3 years and never had this issue. So disappointed!!!!

My stay was amazing. Highly recommend.

Maybe new management just took over. It was below average for a Marriott. Grab and go breakfast very limited, amenities limited and daily room cleaning limited. Cant blame “covid” either we have stayed at over 20 hotels during this pandemic and many have still been able to provide great services and their amenities. Seems some places are using covid as an excuse to cut corners and save $. One Example, How does the hotel next door open the pool under the same pandemic but than one isn’t. Another ex, nearby hotels still serving hot breakfast but here very few choices. It’s about $ stop making excuses and just be honest, Your saving $

The property is nice and I had stayed there before, but this time being put in a handicapped room and next to the huge dumpster outside that got picked up at 5am; definately a terrible experience

I liked the location of the property. Close to stores and food chains.

It was a nice visit, the room had a slight odor like maybe wet carpet., toilet seat was loose, had to ask for towels,. But, Breakfast was continental I guess because of covid19. But the bed was comfortable, noise level low parking good, location to family and my events were convenient had a good stay. Will stay at this hotel again when necessary.
