The front desk staff was very accommodating during check in and even went the extra mile to help me with a coffee in the morning.

The beds were decent. There's a nice selection for snacks & drinks in lobby. Pool is open with social distancing rules. One thing that bothered me was they charged me a $250 refundable damage fee when I checked in. I wouldn't have mind paying it, but I had no idea about that charge until I got there. There was no warning when I made my reservations. Not all hotels charge a refundable fee so I didn't expect it when I checked it. Also, they charge $10 per car per day for parking which I think is ridiculous. Also no warning about that fee until check in time. Luckily I have the money in my account.

I like the fact that the receptionist was very friendly and polite and that we were able to check in early... what I didn't like was that it was a non smoking area but it smell Like Smoke inside.. our room was on the second floor and it smelled bad..we also had trouble opening our room with out key that was frustrating.

It was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

It looked as if they barely cleaned the room. Hot cheetos were under the bed, as well as a ton of dirty and lint. The woman at thr front desk at night was not very nice, not helpful.

Bad service i have not received my security deposit the hotel keeps giving me the run around don’t stay here !!!!

Comfy bed !

1. Parking fees for parking on the hotel property is ridiculous. 2. We found a used drug needle and syringe at head/headboard of our bed on the floor the next morning. 3. Although I was refunded for the hotel stay, I was still charged for my parking. 4. Price of room did not cover WiFi fees and the price to stay at what we thought was a very good hotel, should have covered WiFi. The Manager Nicholas was prompt to respond and assist however, the fact that we checked in at a later time of day, caused our lack of awareness that the needle was laying at the very head of the bed. I had my children staying in this hotel with me. Very, very scary situation.

The property was cute in the staffs were nice but I have to take a cold shower (no hot water. Stains on the pillows cases, I almost got beat by spider there was a gigantic black spider in the room.

Wonderful experience right from the start. Check in was a breeze and the front desk clerk was professional and friendly. The smoke alarm in my room was beeping needing a battery when I arrived. After reporting it, a professional masked and gloved person was out and fixed it in less 10 minutes. Wonderful attentiveness.
