Courtyard by Marriott Huntsville University Drive

Rooms were dirty. I say rooms bc first rrom had not been cleaned well. Stains on bed linen and carpet was nasty. Switched to another room and vents were full of dust. Hotel is outdated and Nlnot in a very safe area of town. Coffe pot was broken and i asked for it to be replaced and it was not.

No cleaning service, had to call front desk for towels and toiletries each day.

Staff were great and really helped me in every way I needed. I had to switch rooms because my A/C didn’t work,that should’ve been checked before a guest gets a room

The rooms need a lot of work. The paint is peeling walls dirty and baseboard coming off the wall. There was rust in the refrigerator and microwave . Bed maybe clean but everything was wrinkle so looked dirty. My dad is afraid of heights and handicapped they put us on the 3rd floor with outside rooms. I asked for a 1st floor room they charged us more. To top it off this was at 330 in the morning they were going to charge 1/2 for the rest of the night and for full price for the next day but I was only staying the night so was charge full night rental. All I can say is don’t stay here. Wyndham needs to invest some money in maintenance at this hotel.

I liked the cleanliness, but there was no environmental service. That meant no clean towels or that extra roll of toilet paper. We were not informed of this so when we inquired about it they said someone will have clean linens to the room shortly, but when we got back there were none. We asked again and they said we can come get them.

the staff was very polite, check in was easy, because of the China virus there was no cleaning of the room everyday, all in all it was a good visit, lots of cigarette butts on the ground where the lepers pull the nicotine into there body, this was at the side entrance. room was clean, no odors

We didn’t get the room we were supposed to get. There was a cigarette butt in our room. The hall way smelled mildewed. The a/cleaked water in the floor. The bed cover was the same thickness as the sheet so it was basically like two sheets.

Like-Ryan Mikesell was great helping us get out reservations straightened out. We were booked on the incorrect date and he walked us through the process to resolve the issue and get checked in. He was friendly and patient. Dislike- thought we would get free breakfast the next morning. Instead we were offered an expensive cup and microwave rolls. Disappointed with the choice even with the Covid situation.

WE SPENT OUR ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY HERE. THE PROPERTY WAS VERY NICE AS FAR AS DECOR. UPON FURTHER INSPECTION IT WAS NOT CLEAN THOUGH. WE WERE THERE 5 DAYS AND THE ELEVATOR WAS NEVER CLEANED,THE OUTSIDE DOOR HAD SOMETHING STICKY SPLASHED ALL UP AND DOWN IT. THE CARPETS IN THE HALLWAYS NEEDED TO BE SHAMPOOED. IT WAS DINGY AND KINDA TOOK AWAY FROM THE BEAUTY OF THE PROPERTY. THE FIRST ROOM WE WENT INTO 343 HAD BLOOD ON THE CURTAINS TO THE BALCONY. YIKES!! WHEN WE MOVED THE PULL OUT COUCH TRASH WAS UNDERNEATH IT AND THE BED SKIRT HAD KOOL AID OR SOMETHING RED SPILLED ON IT. THE STAFF WAS VERY POLITE THOUGH SO THAT MADE IT NOT BE SO BAD. ALSO THE PICTURES OF THE ROOM WERE NOT ACCURATE WE BOOKED A KING SUIT AND GOT A REGULAR KING ROOM WITH SOFA. STILL NICE THOUGH WE DIDNT COMPLAIN.
